この施設について

Bright and sunny, clean and complete with all new furnishings in a secure association, building. Comfortable as home, with no worries of a vacation. Sip coffee on the balcony while watching the boaters, birds, etc. walk the water front path to restaurants, pedestrian, bridges (with water views), free access to marina pool right next door. * Last weekend in July through the 1st weekend in August is the Annual Coast Guard festival* prices will be slightly higher because of demand. Enjoy views of the grand river and spring lake.

Residential building quiet hours 10pm-8am, next and under our unit has home owners, we always request no running, jumping, yelling or loud noises.

Absolutely NO parties, pets or smoking inside/within 25 feet of the building (State Law)

Any complaints from neighbors that cause us to end your rental agreement early, will cause forfeit of full rental payments and damage deposit.

The perfect home away from home

This adorable condo was perfect for our family getaway! It was so cute and clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even chairs and towels to take to the beach. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Stay

We had a great time staying at this condo on Spring Lake. It was just as described, clean and it’s in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here and in the Grand Haven/Spring Lake Area.

Great central location to stroll along the water, marina, access the pool and more! Quick ride into both Spring Lake or Grand Haven for shopping, restaurants, beaches, boats, hiking, and more! This is a quiet property/town with many home owners that live around and under our unit. Please be polite to no running, jumping or loud noise while in our unit. We welcome children, but there can be no running and noise, there are many great places outside to run, play and enjoy!
