This beautiful, dog-friendly, Grand Haven condo is the perfect location for your vacation destination. Quill Haven is located in the Grand Landing West Building. Everything is within walking distance, or if you choose, the bike path is nearby, and the trolley can take you downtown or the beach! This vacation condo is in the same complex as Sweet Temptations, Paisley Pig, and Rykes Bakery to enjoy during your stay.

This condo features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a twin over a full bunk bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. This updated condo features a comfortable living room with sliders to the balcony additional seating a gas grill, and in-suite laundry. Renters also have access to the shared decks on the north and south end of the building. This is a pet-friendly home!

Grand Haven is located on the shores of Lake Michigan. We are a quaint, little beach town recently named the "Happiest Seaside Town in America," by Coastal Living Magazine. Here, your family will find Grand Haven State Park, which was voted in the Top 10 Best Beaches in the world by Travel+Leisure Magazine. The boardwalk stretches one and a half miles, beginning at Chinook Pier and ending at the iconic red lighthouse. Historic, affordable, and amusing, the trolley is continually traveling throughout the waterfront and downtown areas dropping you off at any desired location. At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer. Lucky for you, all of this is just minutes away and waiting for you to revel in.

Memories of good times

Overall stay was great. Convenience was very important. In the description of the property I did not see that it was located above a commercial site. It was a memorable trip and everything we could have needed was supplied. Thank you.

There were only 2 adults w/infant for all 3 nights. 1 night was another family member. I booked it for all of us but the little dog didn’t come nor did we due to a health emergency or 1 other adult. Reports were positive for those who were able to go.

Perfect spot in the heart of Grand Haven

We booked this spot for our golf trip to Grand Haven. The apartment was spacious and clean. Perfectly located for a brief walk to the entertainment district. The host was communicative and courteous. Would definitely book again.

Multi family vacation

This was a very nice floor plan for two families and plenty of space for everyone to hang out. It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We love to walk so the location was perfect for us because we could walk anywhere we wanted to go except the beach was a bit far. Overall I highly recommend this . We had a lovely time!

Bedding and Bathrooms had some issues that could be improved upon. Condo is not what we would consider downtown Grand Haven. Paisley Pig Restaurant located in complex had excellent pizza!

Quill Haven

Fantastic location, straight shot to downtown and the beach. Condo includes many amenities, from small kitchen appliances to beach chairs. You do not need to bring anything, this location has everything you’ll need. Very spacious and relaxing atmosphere.

Comfortable vacation stay

Very comfortable, with unexpected additional necessities(ex. yoga mats, bag chairs, wagon). Not too close to congestion in town but a nice walk or short drive. Clean, well equipped and maintained condo. Perfect set up for 2 couples offering shared kitchen/living rm areas as well as separate bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. We would stay again and were very satisfied with the accommodations.

Excellent stay!

Perfect accommodations and location. Loved the apartment and would stay again (for sure). Quick/easy walk to downtown GH and boardwalk. Several restaurants and coffee shops adjacent. The only hiccup was that the elevator broke one evening which made getting up to the 2nd floor impossible (even the adjacent stairwell was locked). :( Anyway, it was resolved quickly so no sweat.

Great Place for a Stay in Grand Haven

This is a great place for a stay in Grand Haven. Check-in process was smooth (digital keys) and management was very responsive prior to the check-in. The unit was very spacious and well furnished. It seemed relatively new in all regards. It was very clean. We appreciated that it had a clothes washer and dryer. The unit was also well stocked with kitchenware and laundry detergent and games. The beds were in good condition as well. The unit has a huge (very long) balcony with a grill too. The other guests and tenants we ran into were all polite. The surrounding area felt safe, and the unit is in a building that has a combination of business and residential spaces. There is a restaurant downstairs, and it is also next to Culvers as well, so food is available nearby.

Nice place

I stayed here with my husband, and our friends (married couple with 2 small kids). The place was nice and parking was easy. It is right off the highway, so it is easy to get to. The keypad for the lobby entrance into to elevator was not working correctly when we arrived, but the management company was responsive. The bedrooms and kitchen and bathrooms are a nice size and well-equipped! There is a large balcony with a gas grill. We cooked there, and we also hung out bathing suits to dry on the balcony. Very nice feature. It is also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. I offer 2 small heads-ups for this renting this home: the dining table and the counter to eat at in the kitchen are hightops. That is fine for adults but can be tricky for littles. Also, the curtains in the bedroom do not block out any light. The ones in the living room are excellent at blocking out light. Perhaps the homeowners could swap them. We travel with curtains and sleep masks, so we were fine. It is about a 10-15 minute walk (again- little children change the equation) to the downtown. There is a great farmer's market just about 5 minutes away on Saturday and Wednesday mornings. The beach is a drive (not walkable from the apartment), and if you don't have a Michigan rec pass, it costs $11 a day. It is a great beach and we found there was ample parking!

The property itself was perfect. In my experience, I’ve viewed photos prior to booking and felt misled when I saw it in person. But this placed was even better than the pictures. The two main bedrooms are on opposite ends with a kids room by the master. That separation is nice if traveling with another family or in-laws. The kitchen was pretty and had everything we needed. The couch is huge and perfect for a movie night. It’s only a couple of miles from a beach and downtown, and had a very nice restaurant and ice cream shop within the same building. The balcony was nice and long. However, there is not a rooftop as advertised. The building is only 3 stories and off the third story, on both ends, you can walk out on to a dark terrace. The aggravating thing is we kept getting locked out of the main entrance. The link with the request to unlocked worked the first day but not the second. Two messages and 6 hours passed before I eventually had to call. 4 more links were sent but did not work. The next day, one link all of a sudden worked. So it was frustrating and embarrassing to wait outside for someone to happen to come by and let us in at any hour considering we had to let our dog out occasionally and would come and go throughout our short stay. The other annoyance is that the air kept resetting to 76 throughout our stay. The first night we woke up sweating wondering what was going on. So you have to remember to turn it down after a few hours.
