Enchanting seclusion

This property offers seclusion among the foothills of Tustin, CA. Easy access, beautiful views, and quiet surroundings. Property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Nice Place Hard to Find

The place was nice but not easy to find. Maybe it was me but even my nav was confused. It would be nice if it had a TV in the living area so you could relax on the couch before going to bed. We spent 95% of our time in the bed room due to this. It also would have been nice to list that there was laundry on site, we were happy that it was there. You could also here the person living upstairs walking around it was very distracting.

Hello Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Apologies that you had difficulty finding the home. We do not suggest following your GPS. Two days prior to check-in we send a message to all guests stating there are a few extra steps needed past what "Maps" would tell you. We provided very detailed directions for after you reach the T shaped dead end since we know the Maps app will not lead you to the correct location. I will pass along your suggestion for an additional television and other feedback to the owners! Thank you for letting me know our washer and dryer were not listed as amenities. When our channel manager syncs with VRBO it seems to not transfer our Description and Amenities properly. Your feedback is very valuable to us and we hope to host you again soon!

Lack of Communication and Cleanliness

Upon arrival there were no instructions on the tv, or any other items in the apartment. The kitchen was greasy to the point I tried to clean the microwave with Clorox Wipes. The hot water was only on for 5 minutes at a time in shower. We did not know how to use the tv. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The sheets and pillowcases smelled and I had to rewash them. Tried to contact the manager she just apologized. There is a dog and it is loud above the bedroom, and there was a party the night we left, very loud. If you sit on the balcony you lok at multiple pies of dog poop.

As the new management we strive for excellent, consistent, and timely communication with all guests. Since your stay the following has been addressed: A new cleaning team has taken over to replace the previous cleaner for interior and grounds cleaning. A new hot water heater has been installed. Property management is available 24/7 via the VRBO app or text to walk guests through Apple TV use or other inquiries. We apologize for your experience under the previous management and would like to make it up to you. Please reach out to us via VRBO messenger for discounted accommodations at our Palm Springs, Kauai, Big Bear, or Pleasant Valley Wine Trail homes. All of which are private properties so there will be no issues with other guests or pets.
