Welcome to Bella Palms! This pristine 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home boasts a pool, gulf views, and plenty of outdoor space—including a screened-in porch and back deck. The house is ideal for large groups and families and can easily accommodate eight guests with plenty of room to spare.

The living, kitchen, and dining areas are located on the first floor. Here, you’ll find an abundance of windows that feature lovely views and allow for bright light to flow into the home.

The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for professional or amateur cooks and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. Guests can enjoy their culinary creations at the 10-seat dining table.

The stylish and comfortable living area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a plush sofa, loveseat, two armchairs, and a flatscreen Smart TV. This is the ideal spot to get together as a group after a day at the beach to watch that new streaming series or catch a baseball game!

Access to a charming screened-in porch can be found off the living area. You’ll find comfortable outdoor seating, lovely views, and several impressive palm trees surrounding the porch—making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Should you want to get some sun, there is also a back deck!

The home’s backyard comes replete with a patio, gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, and access to the spectacular pool with comfortable lounge chairs- great for stargazing!

At the end of a busy day at the beach—or lounging in the sun by the pool—guests can get some rest in one of four well-appointed bedrooms:
The first floor boast a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The first bedroom on the second floor has a king-sized bed with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is another king-sized bedroom that features a dresser, armoire, and a flatscreen TV on the second floor. It has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a stand-alone soaker tub.

The children in your group will enjoy the bunk room on the second floor. Here, you’ll find two full-over-full bunks with twin trundles that can accommodate six, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower-over-tub.

*The pool can be heated from October 1st-May 1st for an additional $75 a day.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*No boats or trailers are allowed in the community per HOA rules.
