Casabella 5-Bedroom Beach House

Welcome to your private, spacious home in west Bradenton, just minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches and endless attractions. This Spacious 2,000+ square foot home is located in the popular Palma Sola Park area, less than 5 miles away from Anna Maria Island, 30 minutes to Sarasota, 20 minutes to Longboat Key and a 2-minute drive from the Causeway where you can ride horses in Palma Sola Bay! Local Restaurants as well as grocery stores are just around the corner.

SALTWATER POOL WILL BE READY AND AVAILABLE FOR USE END OF DECEMBER 2022.
***Heater is available for additional cost

This is a great house for families, friends, multi-generational trips, or more than one family that wants to travel and be close to the clear sparkling Gulf waters without breaking the bank. This home provides 5 separate bedroom spaces. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, En-suite bathroom, separate outside entrance and a laundry area, large enough to also use the provided pack and play with large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed and a half bath. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Bedrooms 2,3 and 4 share a hallway bathroom. Bedroom 5 has a queen bed. This home has two living room areas and a screened in back porch with an arcade basketball game and a ping pong table. The lush backyard is beautifully landscaped and there is also a private outdoor shower, BBQ grill and large shed for your use. We provide beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience as well as all other linens.
Check out some of the delicious fresh local restaurants or stay in and cook for every meal if you'd like in the fully stocked kitchen.

Spring break

Group of 11 of us came for Spring Break and had the best time. House exceeded our expectations, was very clean and close to beaches with short drive.

All the comfort of home…

A perfect location in Bradenton! Downtown is close, grocery is close, fish markets are close, the Gulf of Mexico is close, the botanical garden is close and more importantly the house is great. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the beds are comfortable, the living areas are both inviting with large sofas, and the pool is wonderful and refreshing. Communication with the owner was quick when needed. I don’t think you could ask for more!!

Great for a group!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have been visiting the area for 40 years and have stayed in a variety of homes, condos, and hotels. This property is close enough to all the places we love visiting (Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Ringling Museum, Bishop Museum, and our favorite restaurants), large enough for multiple generations, and has a pool. We were very pleased and look forward to returning.

Family reunion

My family and I had an excellent stay at this property in Florida. It was very clean and decorated nice. It is within short drive of Anna Marie Island shopping and beach. The neighborhood is a bird sanctuary- saw lots of blue jays, cardinals, lizards and squirrels. The place is in a walkable location- within a quiet neighborhood. There was a Publix very close to neighborhood, walkable but across a busy road. The house had 2 full baths and one half bath (along with an outdoor shower). The beds were comfy. The house was stocked with essentials in kitchen utensils and plenty of towels for showers and pool. The games for the backyard were a nice touch- ladderball and cornhole. The lanai included a table for dinners, table tennis and basketball hoop game- so fun! The pool is outside the lanai. Our hosts were within driving distance but gave us our privacy- made themselves available via text. Great stay!

Fantastic house and location

House is huge and amenities are nice! Good space for our group of 8 to hang out together and still have space. House is in amazing shape, covered patio is great to hang out on,! Location- 5 miles or less to the beach. Stores within 1 mile. Will rent again when in the area.
