Enjoy a tranquil stay just blocks from the hustle and bustle of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Local favorite restaurants, shops, pubs, entertainment, and nightlife are a quick walk or bike away!

We bring you the beach cottage of your dreams, to serve as a base for all of your daily adventures, and then a cozy spot to return home and relax. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was renovated in 2022. It has two parking spaces, a full kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils supplied, a stocked coffee bar, and a breakfast bar that sits 2, 54` TV including HULU plus, Netflix, and fast WIFI. The property also features an outdoor grill.

The home includes two driveway parking spaces and is easily walkable, bikeable, or driveable.

This property has a shared wall with another home. While we have added extra insulation, noise barriers, and sound dampening, we ask all guests to be courteous and keep noise levels manageable.

We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveway / front yard / front door entryway
No additional guests on the property other than the ones included on the booking.

This property shares a common wall with the home next store. Please be courteous and keep any loud noises at a respectable level.

Per city ordinance no noise is permitted that can be heard at a neighboring property and quiet hour is 10pm.

Per the city of Virginia Beach`s guidelines no more than 2 cars per booking and cars must be parked in the driveway!

No smoking, $500 fee if the house smells like smoke of any kind

No Parties or events, $500 fee & Immediate cancellation

We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.
