Come Relax at this Cape Cod inspired home in Virginia Beach, the Breaker! Just renovated 2023, this 1500sq ft 3 bed 2.5 bath home is 2 blocks from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront beach & boardwalk. Designed purposely to provide you with the perfect place to stay whether it is for work, vacation, or visiting family. This well equipped home will have everything you need.
You`ll find a a moderately open floor plan here. Our goal was a cape cod design but comfort also at our top priority. The living area flows freely in to a fully stocked kitchen, with all full size appliances, pots, pans and everything you will need to cook a delicious meal for the whole family. We have also provided a coffee bar for your morning delight. Have a meal with the whole family, seating for 6 around our dining table and 3 extra seats at the island. Just off the kitchen is a storage pantry, washer/dryer/ and half bath.
Upstairs, our Master bedroom provides king bed, closet, work desk, and en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom number 2 features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with bedroom number 3, also a queen bed. This bathroom is the shower with the glass door.
Outback you will find a large back yard for kids to run and soon to come this summer a grill / picnic table / fire pit with 4 chairs.
The driveway to to the home is in the back of the home. More details and directions are provided in our digital guidebook provided to you upon booking.
Guests are able to let themselves in with our keyless entry smart lock. We will provide to you your keyless entry code about 48hours prior to your stay.
We allow 3 cars per booking.
We are available to our guests 24/7. Your perfect stay is always our top priority. We are proud of our attentiveness to guests and speedy communication. Our number will be provided to you upon many occasions once booked!
Located in the Oceanfront district, just blocks from many coffee shops/ restaurants/ mini-golf / the beach. Everything the oceanfront area has to offer.
0.7 Miles from the sportsplex/convention center about a 15 minute walk.
We do require a $200 damage deposit hold to the CC on file 48 hours prior to your arrival. Exterior security cameras are present overlooking the driveway / side yard/ entryway
1. No events or parties. $500 fee and immediate cancellation.
2. No outside guests on the property, not accounted for on the original booking. We understand there are rare circumstances with family or friends who live nearby and may want to join you at the beach. Please communicate with us; we can usually work something out.
3. 3 cars per booking and all cars must be parked in the driveway.
4. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach. We recommend bringing your own, or we have beach towels available to rent for your stay. Let us know before your arrival.
5. Lock the door any time you are leaving the property.
6. No smoking. $500 fee for cleaning if the property smells like smoke of any kind inside.
7. We do not accept local bookings & guests must be over the age of 25 to book.
