• Pack & Play available if needed
• Reserved off-street parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels also provided
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
• Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

Pet Fee:
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens.

House Rules:
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning schedules. Unapproved late check outs will incur a $200 fee.
• No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time.
• Self check-in with keyless PIN code lock
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Only stainless steel cleaners may be used on stainless steel appliances. Other cleaners will cause stainless steel to rust, so please do not use them on the appliances.
• Visitors must be approved by the host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors. Keep noise volume low and no walking through neighbors yards.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign a rental agreement.

Great Location/Pet Friendly

The location of the house was great for the price. Only recommendation would be to rent a golf cart while staying as the walk to the beach is a bit extensive.

Summer Fun

The house was very clean and had everthat was needed for a wonderful beach trip. The location is perfect. Just a quick drive to everything from the beach,park,restaurants, ice cream shops and fort fisher. This is our second time staying and we will again. The host communicated so well before and during trip and are just great. The street is quite and really relaxing. We all had a amazing time.

Beautiful property, wonderful vacation!

We had a great time while staying at this property! The hosts were very communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. The house was clean, and matched the photos. The natural lighting is beautiful through the entire house, perfect for coffee in the morning! Another bonus we really enjoyed was that the porch is gated, allowing our dog to hang out with us freely when we were enjoying the evenings outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property

We had a great stay at the beach and enjoyed this two bed / two bath condo. It was great location to Carolina beach and Kure beach offerings. A little far walking to the beach if you have a lot of items and with smaller kids but manageable with a car and drop off strategy. The place was clean, cool, and had all essentials for days at the beach. We will definitely head back next summer!

Our forever CB rental

We absolutely love the Crystal Blue cottage! My best friend and I have stayed here twice now and it will likely be our forever rental when we come down. It's been clean and easy to access, close to everywhere we want to be on CB and clear communication with the owners. I love that it's dog-friendly and not at all overly priced. Much love from these 2 UNCW Grads class of '08!

Need to do in the property

They need to upgrade TOWELS ( old and not in good condition )and some things belong to the chicken (rusty knife and scissors) . And the laundry looks nasty( dirty)

Neighbors were very noisy. Could hear conversation in the other unit. Could hear conversations outside at 3am.

Okay stay

This property was okay. Beds and sheets were great. Nicely decorated and roomy. A/C was good. This location was not walkable to the beach for our family. Additionally there was over 4 wasps nests at and around the steps. Kitchen was not up to par, 1 pan, 2 extremely small pots and a very small baking pan. Stove glass top was cracked. My husband enjoyed the Kureg though. It’s a great little place just needs to get to the next level to match the rate per night.

Rough around the edges

We were pretty disappointed with our stay here as it was not as put together or clean as it looks. When we arrived, the code we were given for the front door did not work. They gave us the wrong code. There was a couple places where decorations were missing, there was only one frying pan to cook with and it was dirty/old scratch marks on it — which was very frustrating as we were vacationing with young children and needed to cook. We won’t be returning, this place wasn’t kept up well and seemed to have done the bare minimum.

First Family Vacation

I haven’t been to the beach with my family since I was a child. Now that I have my own children, they had never seen the ocean until now! Where we stayed had it all! Close beach access, activities, and more. I loved this little beach town! My favorite thing to do was visit Fort Fischer with my kids and dog. The plus was that I got to bring my dog! The house was very clean, which I loved! We’re still concerned about covid. The photos on here look just like the cute little condo in real life. I would definitely go back! Thank you for our wonderful stay! We wanted to stay longer because it was so great.

short walk to beach

We enjoyed this property. We were a little concerned by the distance to beach but it ended up being much shorter than the map made it look. The traffic is a much more manageable being a few blocks off main street. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book here again.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay at Crystal Blue. The apartment is conveniently located, walking distance to beach, Carolina Beach Lake Park, greenway trail, boardwalk and restaurants. We enjoyed time on beach and evening walks with our dogs around neighborhood and greenway trail. Thanks for having us.
