Last minute blessing
I found this property immediately after having a horrible experience with a different vrbo property. My family and I checked in to a property after driving for 12 hours, and there were numerous issues with the property. The property manager would not return my phone calls, and I had to find a place for my family to spend the night.
I found this property and spoke directly with the property manager within a few minutes of booking the property. He was professional, sincere, and extremely accomodating. He met me at the property and allowed my family and I to check it out. He told me that he would refund me if we didn't think it would work for us. This is HUGE! The first property manager I dealt with would not even consider a refund. I am still working on that almost a month later.
This property is CLEAN! It has everything that a family would need for a week vacation. My family and I felt comfortable here. Each day we returned from the beach it felt like we were going home which is exactly the reason we choose to use vrbo over a hotel.
I'm planning to book this property again next summer.
