Welcome to Beach, Please!

We’re so glad you’re here! Our peaceful, sparkling-clean condo is just steps from both the beach and the pool—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway. Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony overlooking the pool, and unwind in the evenings with the soothing sound of the ocean in the background.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable living space, a fully stocked brand-new kitchen, and a cozy primary bedroom designed to help you relax after a day in the sun.

The location truly can’t be beat—situated right across from the beach and just a short walk to Freeman Park, you’ll have easy access to everything Carolina Beach has to offer. Take a quick stroll to the North Pier and enjoy a burger or refreshing drink while soaking in the ocean views.

Easy Beach Access

Great news! The Sea Oats Lane beach access has reopened following beach restoration efforts. You’re just a short walk from your front door to the sand.

You’ll also find nearby access points at:
• Salt Marsh Beach Access (north)
• Sand Fiddler Lane Access (south)

All options are conveniently located and make beach days effortless.

Excellent getaway!

We were looking for a place near the beach for a couple of days. This place was great! Had everything we needed and more. Short walk to beach. Nice pool area. Highly recommend!

Condo for a relaxing getaway trip to the beach!

Justin and Melissa's condo was great for our relaxing getaway trip to the beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Parking at the condo was good. It was convenient to walk to the beach (about a block walk), and it was a short drive to restaurants. Justin and Melissa's restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had a nice, relaxing weekend! We would come back again.

Beautiful and Stylish Condo Perfect For Our Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated condo in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to fantastic local restaurants. Had a great stay! Very clean, quite mornings sipping coffee on the balcony and all the comforts of home. The host were very responsive when I reached out and parking was very convenient. Will definitely be back.

Nice property, great location, clean. Great communication from owners. Only negative: the 1 1/2 baths were small. Noisy family moved in upstairs, but that’s a risk renting “not” the top floor. We’d stay gain.

Great beach location

This was a great beach condo! Walkable to beach access and balcony faced the pool. Quiet at night, super comfortable bed. Very clean and well stocked.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay! We had several questions before we arrived that were promptly answered. It was wonderful having a pool and easy, quick beach access. Everything we needed was taken care of. Nice location and good parking.
