Such a great place! Cozy house with well stocked kitchen and sharp knives! Beautiful outdoor spaces including very clean hot tub and outdoor shower! Easy check in and out and so close to the beach. So grateful to be able to bring our dog!

Amazing Location

We will be back! The space was clean and cozy; perfect for small groups. Really impressive outdoor lounge space and just steps from the beach.

Great Stay

Really great experience at his property. Beautiful, extremely clean home with all the amenities you will need. Well kept, spacious yard with hot tub and outdoor shower was perfect for us coming back from the incredible beach only 100 yards from the house. We will definitely look to stay here again!

This place is kind of a gem!

We really enjoyed it, especially the yard, which was surprisingly lovely for a family with a dog. I wouldn’t recommend more than four folks sleep here, but for the four of us it was perfect, and like a two minute walk to the beach. Everything was really clean, and the kitchen was stocked remarkably well. Great place to stay, we all hope to stay again!

Fantastic for a Girls’ Weekend

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it could not have been more perfect. I seriously have zero complaints. The home was perfectly clean, perfectly thought out, and the aesthetic was the chef’s kiss. Would 100% stay here again if the timing and circumstances fit.

Charming house with perfect location

This is an utterly charming little house just steps away from the beach. We have stayed in many vrbos over the years. The check-in instructions and the booklet for the house are the best we have ever seen. The house is stocked with everything you will need. Fantastic place, we plan on returning.

This house was AMAZING! We had constant communication with our host. She updated us on weather and travel updates during a weather event that closed parts of HWY 101. The house is close to the beach (30 sec walk). It has a huge backyard and a sandy area which our new dog loved! Everything was clean and well kept. It is an older house with tons of updates. You really cannot go wrong with this place. We will be back!

A fairytale cottage

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this darling beach cottage with my mom and two daughters. We loved every moment here and we can’t wait to return. The home is gorgeous and accommodating. We loved the hot tub so much! The beds were so cozy it was hard to get out of them! Thank you for a wonderful and much needed getaway to Neskowin.

What a gem!

We were blown away by our stay at Breaker's End. We've been coming to Neskowin for decades and have never stayed in a rental so thoughtfully put together. The home is gorgeous and everything you need is exactly where you'd look for it. The yard steals the show and our dogs were thrilled to have a gorgeous area that they could enjoy off a leash. Hillary was amazing as a host and communication with her was a breeze.

Absolutely Perfect Getaway Spotless, and Exceptionally Well Equipped! Everything about this home was immaculate and I’m extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness! If you’re looking for a beautifully maintained, welcoming, and well cared for home with owners who clearly take tremendous pride in every detail, this is the place.The house is thoughtfully stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need and then some. Every dish, pot, pan, towel, and piece of silverware is high-quality and spotless. Nothing feels overlooked or second rate. The kitchen is a dream to cook in, and the outdoor areas are peaceful and inviting. You can enjoy your morning coffee, a leisurely lunch, or dinner under the stars at the charming outdoor tables, then unwind around the cozy firepit in the evening.The spacious fenced yard was perfect for our pup. The luxurious master bed was so comfortable that we slept better than we do at home. The location absolutely unbeatable. The beach is just steps away, and you can constantly hear the soothing, rhythmic sound of the waves crashing on the shore. It’s truly tranquil and magical. During our stay, we were even lucky enough to witness the breathtaking Northern Lights right from the property simply by stepping outside, The owner is an absolute joy to work with kind, responsive, and attentive to every detail. This home is in pristine condition, Everything about this rental experience was seamless, relaxing, and first class.

A gem at the beach

My husband, son and I absolutely loved this little gem at Neskowin. It’s a cozy cabin with a fantastic yard and it’s just steps from the beach. Everything in the cabin is in excellent condition. The backyard had several different seating groupings and they were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quaint and we enjoyed the market and ice cream bus. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. We had a wonderful time here and didn’t want to leave. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!!

Absolutely perfect in every way!

Everything was perfect! I have literally zero complaints. Hillary was wonderful to work with from start to finish, the house was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly appointed, the location was incredible as we could walk so easily to and from the beach right out our back door, and Neskowin is a charming in special little town. I am so glad that we were able to stay at Breakers End, and we can’t wait to come again! We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and happy. :)
