Great get-away

The owners were excellent with communication and making sure we had all the things needed for our little one. The house was exactly as described. I really enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. The house had a secluded cabin feel but close enough to drive to all amenities. The neighborhood is safe and able to walk from property to view a small lake and also a horse farm.

Loved this house!

This house was perfect for us! We enjoyed the open concept upstairs with the awesome, fully-furnished kitchen/dining/living room and the screened in porch. So many windows with tree views made us feel we were truly in the Woods! Great accommodations for all the kids upstairs and perfect downstairs bedroom and bathroom for the adults. The bathroom was a dream!!! Loved the big screen tv downstairs! Our stay was perfect…would highly recommend and we would absolutely stay there again if we are ever in town. Thank you!

Excellent home in Smyrna

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in The Woods. Alex and Corey were amazing property managers. They were very attentive to all our needs. Their attention to detail is incredible and the best I have seen in a rental home. The welcome gifts and handbook were a great addition to our stay. My wife and I were impressed with the number of hooks in and around the bathroom for all of us to hang up our towels. The home was well appointed with very nice appliances and comfortable beds. We hope to stay here again when our plans bring us to Atlanta.

WOW!!!

We stayed in this house with our two grown sons and their spouses. The basement king bedroom suite with fireplace and amazing bath across the hall was spectacular. The main floor had one king bedroom with small adjoining bathroom and then there were two more bedrooms that shared a hallway bathroom. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was outstanding with lots of counter space for a family to cook together. We even hired a chef to come over one evening to cook with us. The screened in porch was cozy and comfortable and the upstairs living room (with a Christmas tree!) was perfect for our group of 6. In addition to the large main fridge there was an extra fridge in the basement, especially handy if you have beverages to cool. The foosball table was fun and the two living space TVs were huge! One of the best houses we’ve rented!!!

Thanksgiving trip

We could not have had a better house to spend Thanksgiving week. Fell in love with this house when we walked in the door. I was concerned about cooking our Thanksgiving meal in a different kitchen but it was a breeze in this kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and you did not feel like you were in the city yet you were convenient to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
