There is nothing better than renting a home on Lake Hatcher. Perfect for fishing, kayaking or just relaxing in the hot tub and watching the fish rise while enjoying the views of the beautiful San Juan Mountains in the distance. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area, everyone is sure to have fun!

This home has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor that share a full bath with the rest of the living area downstairs. The living room has a gas fireplace and plenty of room for the gang to relax and watch a movie on TV, or enjoy a book. This room joins the dining area and has full height 2 story windows that showcase our local mountains. The fully stocked kitchen is just off the dining area.

Upstairs is the king master bedroom with full, private closet.

The back deck is perfect for grilling, relaxing in the shade on a hot summer afternoon. In the winter, just walk on the ice and try some ice fishing! The hot tub is located on the back deck.

Have a great round of ping pong with an added ping pong table in the garage!

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the area was beautiful the communication was easy and fast if we did have any questions. everything we needed was provided the cabin was a perfect size I will definitely recommend to friends and family,it was easy access into town the hot tub was a super plus with such a great view my very happy with our choice.

We love Colorado

The house is perfect. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. The hottub and lakeview are amazing. We do alot of cooking and everything is there. We used the outside grill and stove, its a gas stove and oven ... im used to electric but this worked great for us. The beds are very comfortable. Very very nice house. Loved it.
