Welcome to your next favorite destination, fun & sun and waterfront living!
After a day of relaxing by the pool, head downtown to the restaurants, breweries, and shopping, OR stay home and enjoy the sunsets along the water!
The space:
-A unique waterfront property with stunning views.
-This cozy and comfortable new construction unit with all of the amenities you have at home.
-The kitchen is prepared with all of the items you need for a long term stay.
-Master bedroom has a King bed with USB charging.
-The living room is the ultimate chill zone with a brand new La-z-boy couch with combination air/foam bed
-Dining table & island can be used for work or eating.
-Wifi hotspot is available
-AND Streaming TV provided by Samsung Live if you do not have your own streaming service.
-There is a nearby elevator and stairs to access this 2nd floor unit.
Updates:
-The main construction at the complex has been completed
-A black-out shade has been added tot he master bedroom
-Curtains have been added to the living room

As an engineer, I am always looking for ways to improve the world around me. One of my favorite parts of my job is being able to design products that can make a difference in people's lives. I also love to travel, and I have been lucky enough to visit some amazing places, like Switzerland where I attended the University of St. Gallen. When I'm not working or traveling, I enjoy riding my bike and walking my dog. I think it's important to find balance in life, and that's what I strive for.

You'll be close to the water, with stunning views of the ocean. Our condo is perfect for couples or small families. It's clean and well-maintained, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We're just a short drive from all the best dining, shopping, and entertainment that the area has to offer. So come and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf at our beautiful condo at the Strand Sarasota.
