This beautiful studio has a strategic location: It is 200 meters from the beach (3 minute walk) and one block from Fifth Avenue.
It will not be necessary to rent a car, they can do everything on foot.
It is ideal for couples, it has a king size bed, a kitchenette, air conditioning, wifi, smart tv, a balcony and a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a pool and ocean view.
The condominium has 24/7 security, has an elevator, gym and a restaurant/bar on the roof area.
