Enjoy the best that Kauai has to offer from the comfort of your own top floor Wailua Bay condo!
Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the ocean in your king bed and enjoy the oceanfront view from your private 3rd floor deck.
This is one of the few units at Lae Nani that has Air Conditioning throughout the condo.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you might need to prepare your own meals (or simply heat up leftovers from any of the many restaurants within walking distance), including full-size fridge/freezer with ice-maker.
Lae Nani offers beautifully manicured lawns, heated pool, tennis courts, BBQ area and more all on one of the most beautiful beaches on Kauai complete with a “keiki pool” for the kids, and a reef and tide pool.
One parking space in a secured lot is included. Please note: there is no elevator. To access this third floor unit, you will need to go up two flights of stairs.

This was such an amazing location! The moment you walk in you are met with a gorgeous view of the water and the pristine property! You are so close to a beautiful beach, pool, shops and restaurants. The condo is beautiful and being in a gated community has the added feeling of seclusion. We could have done so much more to explore the island but found ourselves so content with our surroundings a lot of times we just wanted to stay in and relax and play in the water. The owner was very attentive to any questions and we would love to come back again!

50th Anniversary

We had the best stay at this beautiful condo. Perfect location for exploring the island. It is clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels and small ice chest. The lanai was our favorite spot to look out at the beach and lovely grounds and listen to the surf. This place is amazing!!!!

Quite and comfortable!

We came to enjoy our 40th anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our week! The property is quiet and well comfortable. The views were amazing and there is a very nice beach area and pool option. Walkable to lots of activities and food.

Perfect Kauai condo

Everything is just as described. Clean, comfortable condo with a lovely view in a quiet complex with lush landscaping. Would definitely stay here again. Kapa’a is the perfect place to stay on Kauai. Lots to do within walking distance or a very short drive, and its central location is an hour or less from just about anywhere.

Perfect for Us

The location is central to the island and many things close by. The view is exquisite and the sound of surf was pleasantly constant. The ocean was right there, only steps away. An extremely nice rental. While you have to be able to carry your bags up three flights, you have no people above you that can sometimes sound like elephants walking around.

Best Kaua’i Location

Our new favorite vaca spot! We fell in love with Lae Nani. Our condo was awesome with amazing views, and the host was very easy to communicate with and available for small issues or questions. We will definitely return!
