Great location & property!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The unit itself, the location, the accessibility, and the view were all fantastic. My husband and I visited for a week to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We couldnt have stayed at a better place.

A Wonderful Condo and View

Everything about this condo and the view is wonderful, from the tucked-in setting near beautiful tropical plants overlooking the grounds and beach -- to the comfy bed and furniture. This was our ninth time at Lae Nani (because we think it's the best!), but our first time at this particular Lae Nani condo. Michael was a welcoming, helpful, friendly host at every stage -- from beginning to end. Our experience was everything we had hoped for, and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful, comfortable condo close to everything.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo at the Lae Nani complex in Wailua (just south of Kapa'a). This ground-floor condo is tastefully decorated, has all of the conveniences and most importantly, a very comfortable king-sized bed. We loved the view, the lanai, and the ability to walk out to the property amenities.

Exceeded Expectations!

The online description at VRBO (as wonderful as it is) did not do justice to the location, venue, and unit. This was the delight of our entire visit to Kauai. The unit was lovely, with perfect access to the grounds and the ocean too. I'd choose it again in a heartbeat!

Location-Locatioin-Location

Perfect location on the East coast between most all site. The beach could not have been any closer. The condo was in excellent condition and had every amenity you will need for your stay. Great restaurant next door (5 minute walk) on those night you don't want to cook. Will definitely stay here again!

A Gem!

Clean, beautifully decorated with island photos, well-stocked, centrally located, and a priceless view from the patio. We chose a GREAT one this time for our seventh visit to this island we love so much. Returning to this quiet and peaceful spot for sure! Mahalo to the fabulous host, Mike!

Beautiful view

Condo was well stocked, had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Condo seemed well maintained and kept updated. There is ac but not central ac. A unit for bedroom and one for the living room which worked pretty well at keeping bedroom cool.

This condo was one of the nicer ones we have stayed in with updated flooring and appliances--very clean. Loved being able to sit on the lanai and see and hear the waves. Property is very well-maintained. Correspondence with the owner was great! Wonderful stay--highly recommend.

The View!

We had a wonderful stay in 512. Building 5 is so peaceful and in our opinion has the best view. To be able to walk right out our door to the beach was great. The condo was spotless and everything we needed had been supplied. Will definitely return!

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

We can't thank the owners enough for affording us such a relaxing vacation thanks to this units amenities and breathtaking ocean views from the calming lanai. We spent many mornings with a cup of coffee on the lanai just listening to the waves while lost in thought. We hope to stay in this unit in the future.

Gorgeous View

What an amazing place to stay on this beautiful island! The location is perfect, close to shopping, awesome restaurants, and the Passion Bakery :) I will miss the sounds of the waves and sitting on the lanai for coffee! Mahalo!

Exceptional value

Lovely unit in lovely resort property. The unit is well sited, with beautiful view and accurately portrayed in advertisements. Beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Really nice art work. Communication was excellent. We have stayed many places on the island and this is special.

Just what we needed

The condo what exactly as advertised and provided the ideal atmosphere to celebrate my 60th birthday. A peaceful two-week respite from our busy lives. Watching the sun rise, swimming in the ocean or salt water pool (both were the perfect temperature), shopping at the Coconut Market nearby, eating on the covered lanai ... oh, how we miss Kauai.

Perfect Vacation

We totally enjoyed our recent stay at this condo. The view from the lanai and living room/kitchen was just fantastic. The grounds of Lae Nani Condos are impeccable and gorgeous - the landscaping, flowers, plants and palm trees - it feels like a perfect oasis! The vicinity to the Coconut Marketplace adds to the whole experience. You can conveniently walk to restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store. Don't miss the farmer's markets Tuesdays & Thursdays for your fresh produce! Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful and we felt taken care of all the way. Will be back!

We have stayed in this unit for about 6 years and it never fails to impress. The upgrades are great and Janet and Earl are the greatest to deal with any issue (not there are anything big).looking forward to returning again

Beautiful location

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. The condo itself was clean and well cared for. The bed was comfortable, and having A/C in both the bedroom and living room is a big plus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There was a great supply of beach gear in the lanai closet. The downstairs location and view can't be beat. The location of this condo has to be one of the best on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and I can tell the owners take great care of the property and want their guests to have a good stay. Will be back and will look for this condo again.

Kauai Perfection

We had never travelled to Kauai and were advised this was a great area to stay in order to easily explore the entire island. This unit is perfect in every way. Great location, great unit and we loved the lanai. So much so, we ate takeout almost every night of our week there to take advantage of the view on the lanai. The complex is very well kept and the unit has the best view of all the buildings. Communication was great start to finish. Wow! Thanks

Such a wonderful place!

My solo retreat at this condo was better than expected. The view was breathtaking! The condo has most everything I needed. Even though it was during Covid I was able to enjoy my stay. There weren't too many people around which was nice. The beach is right in front of the condo and at times the waves and the undertow made it risky to swim very far it was nice to have a shallow kiddy pool to go in during those times. The bed was super comfortable and the furnishings are tasteful. The grounds are well cared for as well. Thanks Earl and Janet! I will be coming back again!

The best place to stay on Kauai!

Loved the kitchen, the views, the proximity to the beach the restaurants the shopping the coastal path the farmers market the day trips to north shore and south shore.Kapaa! Lae Nani is the place to be!
