Love Cape Canaveral!

"Beachy", comfortable, and clean! 2 minute walk to the uncrowded beach in a quiet neighborhood. This property had all that I needed for an enjoyable stay. Will stay again if available. (Also quite affordable!) Would also like to mention that the host, Billy, was accessible and available.

Great place to stay

I was in town on business, so I did not get to see much while here. It's a great location, close to the beach but in a quiet residential neighborhood. Close to everything, but still private.

Billy owns a local water sport store and school in the area. If you want to learn to kitesurf, surf, foil, efoil and anything on the water...hes the one to ask!

This property has a real authentic coastal and beachy feel. The location is amazing being the perfect distance from the beach. Easy walk to Cherie Down Park or Jetty Park. Convenient grocery stores and restaurants all very close. The neighbor hood is very quiet and safee.
