Family Get-a-way

This was our second time renting the condo and again, we thought it was very nice and great location. The unit was extremely clean and well maintained. The location in Cocoa Beach was steps from the beach and very close to all the stores and restaurants. It's a fantastic rental unit for our vacations and we look forward to renting it again in the future.

Very enjoyable

One of the main reasons I choose this property was the nearnest to the beach, which was very close. The disappointing part was that it cost me an extray $100 dollars for our five week stay to get my laundry done , the condo was listed that it had a washer and dryer in it, which it does not. I fill they owe me some kind of refund for false advertizing their condo as having something that it did not have.

Comfortable space

The space was in a really quiet area, within walking distance of the beach access and walking distance of different restaurants. The neighbors were kind & friendly as well. My constructive feedback is that I had trouble finding where to park and access the space because it was behind a gated community that wasn't communicated and didn't have a gate pass. Future guests, be sure to ask about that. Also, worth mentioning (since it wasn't clear in the listing) it's on the second floor, up a set of stairs. That's an important detail for those who struggle with mobility issues or may not be able to carry their luggage up a set of stairs.
