Coastal Sol comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms, with a sofa bed in the office:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King bed
• Bedroom 3: King bed
• Bedroom 4: Bunk room with 2 Twin bunks and a Twin trundle bed (5 Twin beds total)
• Office: Full size pullout sofa bed

Guest Access:
Guests will access the home via smart lock and the garage code will also be provided; codes will be sent the morning of check in.

The Neighborhood:
Coastal Sol is located in the Naples Park neighborhood and is less than 2 miles from beautiful Vanderbilt Beach. No gate code is required to access the neighborhood. Navigating up and down Florida's Gulf Coast is a breeze due to the home's proximity to the highway, so be sure to check out other nearby beaches including Naples Beach, Lowdermilk Park, Clam Pass Park or Barefoot Beach, to name just a few.

A wonderful place to experience nature and wildlife, Naples features a number of gardens and preserves that guests of all ages are sure to enjoy. Within a 15 to 45-minute drive, you can reach the Naples Preserve, Naples Botanical Garden, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary and the Bird Gardens of Naples.

Coastal Sol is also just a short walking distance from the upscale and vibrant Mercato shopping district and Whole Foods Market, as well as many local restaurants.

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly encouraged; ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are available though wait times may be quite long.

Other Things to Note:
1) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: doorbell, driveway-facing, and pool-facing.

2) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

3) Pool Heating:
Pool heating is $50 per day, for the entire duration of your stay or a 7-day minimum. There is no hot tub. Pool heating requests and payments must be received 48 hours before arrival. The pool will be set to heat to a temperature of 85 degrees.
