Step inside, and a wall of windows floods the home with natural light. In the View Room, a wood-burning fireplace anchors a beautiful stone chimney and opens straight into the fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area. The open layout gathers everyone for shared meals, easy conversation, and time together. Spread out across the main-level great room, then drift down to the lower-level bar/recreation room.

Comfortable guest rooms guard your privacy when you recharge, while outdoor living steals the show on the expansive deck and terrace-level patio. Pull up a chair, breathe the mountain air, and sink into the hot tub after you explore Asheville. We stocked ice and coolers galore, so your Brews stay happy! Then warm up in the outdoor cedar sauna, framed by the same mountains and lake you toast from the deck.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

✨ Linens and towels are provided, with one set per guest.

✨ The reserving guest must be at least 25 years old.

✨ A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for families traveling with young children.

✨ The home is reached by a paved mountain driveway with a significant incline. Standard cars have successfully accessed the property in dry conditions, but heavily loaded or lower-powered vehicles may have more difficulty. Maintain steady momentum when entering the driveway and avoid stopping during the climb. For the easiest arrival, plan to arrive during daylight and use extra caution during or after heavy rain. AWD or 4WD is recommended during wet, snowy, or icy conditions.

✨ Parking is available for up to seven vehicles: six in the driveway and one in the garage. Please keep the shared access road clear at all times.

✨ For guest safety, Views & Brews has exterior security cameras monitoring the entry doors. No cameras are located inside the home.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. We're happy to review early and late check requests and will do our best to accommodate. While early check-in or late check-out can't be guaranteed, we always make every effort to honor these requests when availability allows. Paid options may be available.

PET POLICY

Dog-friendly! Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $130 non-refundable pet fee.

QUIET POLICY

This home is located in a peaceful, private mountain community. To preserve the relaxing setting for everyone, please keep noise to a respectful level at all times. Parties and disruptive behavior aren't permitted, and we kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors and quiet hours beginning at 10 pm.

EXTENDED STAYS

Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid-stay cleaning fees, and trash pick-up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

CANCELLATION

▫️ More than 31 days before arrival – Full refund, minus the travel insurance premium if purchased.
▫️ 14–31 days before arrival – Initial payment is forfeited.
▫️ Within 14 days of arrival, early departure, or shortened stay – All rent payments are forfeited. Cleaning fees and applicable taxes are refunded as required.

MILITARY DISCOUNT

LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS

For reservations made within 7 days of arrival, additional verification is required to protect our homeowners and guests.

This includes:

🤳 A full facial selfie of the primary guest holding that ID, which must match the reservation name.

💳 A photo showing the last four digits of the payment method in the primary guest's name.
