The Americana is 100 years old! In celebration of its 100 years, The Americana has reduced their nightly rate! If you like to experience true vintage, this cozy home built in 1923 is the perfect getaway. You will feel like you walked into the 30's! The exceptions: Wireless internet, remodeled new bathrooms, smart TV's in bedrooms and family room, and all new appliances in kitchen. Beautiful home in great location.

This was our second stay at this property; we love it and always try to book it if available for trips to Lodi. The house is thoughtfully appointed; backyard is great; location is excellent. Just love this part of town and love this house!

Another great stay in Lodi

This is the second time my partner and I have stayed at the Americana and we had a great time yet again. Very charming home, nicely furnished with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect location to walk to downtown Lodi.

Wine Country Stay

A welcoming resident that provided comfort and convenience of home. Location was good for getting around the city and the neighbors were friendly. Not a lot of traffic and relatively quiet neighborhood.

Adorable House in Small Town USA

The neighborhood and house exceeded our expectations. It was a great weekend getaway and I would recommend to friends and family. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfy.

Wine tour

The pictures are a true representation of the property. Within walking distance of a lot of nice coffee shops and restaurants. It was a very comfortable house and was very homey!! Would definitely stay again.

Friendly clean home near downtown

No hastle from arrival to departure, Lodi is in the heart of great wine country without high prices. House is full of antiques and very quaint as well as clean.

Charming house in the heart of Lodi

We loved our stay as the house had the perfect mix of antiques and modern upgrades with wonderfully comfortable beds.. Several restaurants were within walking distance and wineries were just a short drive away. The best part was the box of delicious cookies from a local bakery that Anna left to celebrate my birthday!

Beautiful home in lovely Lodi!

My siblings and I stayed three nights and loved every moment. The house was just beautiful; modern bathrooms and updated kitchen, but wood floors, antique furnishings, and a lovely backyard made the stay comfortable. I definitely will rent this home again when I visit Lodi. Just exquisite.

Wonderful stay in Lodi

The home was newly rennovated, meticulously appointed and immaculately clean. It was on one of the main road in Lodi and within walking distance of the town center and close to everything we wanted to do. The home was also well stocked for our stay and made our visit truely enjoyable. We communicated with the owner several times and she responded promptly and she was a pleasure to work with arranging our visit. I would highly recommend this property and owner.

Beautiful home

The house was lovely and exactly as described. We were, indeed able to walk to downtown to explore and dine. The back patio was perfect for evenings, it was shady and cool. The beds were very comfortable and the street quiet so we all slept very well and the house was very clean. No complaints at all.

Girls Weekend

Absolutely wonderful!

If you want to stay in the charming town of Lodi, this is the place. Super clean and charming. Situated a few blocks from downtown in the most beautiful neighborhood. My 92 year old mother and I loved the Thursday famers market, restaurants and antique stores. Anna, out host was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend the Americana! You will not be dissapointed.

Sister in laws getaway

We had a comfortable couple of days! The home is so fun with all its unique antique furniture and knickknacks! We did miss umbrellas for the outdoor space and never found a cutting board but those are small bits! The owner was kind and accommodating when I realized I left my book and glasses! Thanks Thanks

Annual Birthday Celebration!

We had an awesome time. The Americana was so awesome ! It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and could have stayed longer. The town of Lodi is an awesome treasure. It felt like the mid west. I highly recommend The Americana and Lodi for either a quick get away for stay for a week to rest and relax. The backyard is a vacation in itself. Don't worry about the August heat, it cools down nicely at night. Bring a sweater for the cool nights.

As advertised and more

The home is lovely and unbelievably clean. I don't know how with all the pretty little decor items, but there was barely a speck of dust. The house maintained the early 1900s feel everywhere except the bathrooms and kitchen which were modern and functional (and the smart TVs in the main living and bedrooms allowing you to log into the streaming service of your choice). The location is perfect. The house is just a few short (very flat and walkable) blocks from the quaint downtown. I enjoyed everything about our stay.

Lovely place in Lodi California

The place was very clean and all anemities were provided. Coffee, water, laundry, cleaner pods for laundry, coffee and creamer. Ironing board and iron and blow dryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser. We had plenty of towels and extra blankets. We didn't know all would be there so came with some of these, but it was nice to have them available Loved the coffee I had never tried this type, but they were delicious. We were close to all needs, and it was in a good neighborhood. Loved looking at the antiques and loved the book of things to do and instructions for check out. This was perfect. It ended up being my brother, mother, aunt and myself. My cousins came over for a bit to pick up my aunt for different occasions. We were very pleased. Thank you Anna, you answered quickly when I texted you. I hope we left the place to your satisfaction.

Perfect friends get away

We are three long-time friends, meeting for a getaway somewhere equally distant between our homes. Lodi was the choice, and the Americana was perfect. Beautifully decorated, but not fussy. The home was comfortable, well equipped with toiletries, very comfortable beds, and a fantastic lounging area in the backyard. The location is ideal for walking to the quaint downtown area. It was a hot weekend and the house was perfectly air conditioned. I like to cook when I am at a vacation rental and this home has a very nice kitchen to cook in. All the utensils, dishes, pans, hot pads you need to cook a meal. There is a large collection of spices, too. Just bring your food and any oil and condiments you need. The frig has nicely cooled bottled water, but that is all. The two beds upstairs are luxurious. I slept so soundly. As an FYI: the bed downstairs is quite small, but one of us did sleep there and managed well. Anna was very easy to communicate with. The directions were simple to follow and check in and out was not burdensome. We all felt very welcome and at home during our stay. HIGHLY recommended.

A fantastic place in a great neighborhood

If you are looking for a unique & exquisite place to stay in Lodi, look no further! The house was beautiful & carries a certain charm that you can't find just anywhere. The location is great, within walking distance of downtown & the neighborhood itself is very walkable with lots of beautiful architecture to look at. I highly recommend this place & I look forward to booking it again in the future. You won't be disappointed, book it today!
