The space
Everything about this cozy, newly renovated studio is set up for rest and easy beach living — from the comfortable queen bed to the peaceful pool just outside your door. Located directly across the street from beach access, this small, 10-unit property offers a quiet, laid-back retreat perfect for 1–2 adults.

Step from your parking spot through the pool area and into your clean, thoughtfully designed studio. Inside, you’ll find a combined living and sleeping space, a well-equipped kitchenette for simple meals, and a private bathroom with a stall shower. It’s an efficient space that feels open, comfortable, and easy to settle into.

One of the best parts? You’re just seconds from the pool and a quick walk to the beach — making it easy to go from coffee to sand without thinking twice.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire studio, including the living/sleeping space, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Your entrance is just steps from your parking spot, making arrival simple and easy.

You’ll also have access to the shared pool area with loungers and table seating, as well as onsite laundry facilities. Beach access is directly across the street, so getting to the sand takes just a minute or two.

- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
