You have arrived and are now adjacent to 93- acre Lithia Park and downtown Ashland. Within a 5-minute walk, you will discover exceptional restaurants, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, curio stores, bakeries coffee houses, cafes, bookstores, 4-screen art house movie theater & summer Saturday Farmer's Market. Within a 10 minutes walk enjoy the Food Co-Op, nature shops, pet stores, veterinarians, yoga studios, gyms, the Carnegie-Melon library.

Private studio includes kitchen, large desk, bathroom, small sitting area. Adjacent to Lithia Park in Ashland Oregon. Self-contained and independent ductless mini-split heating and cooling system in the room. Radiant floor heating. Kitchen has all amenities and utensils; coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric tea kettle, ice maker. Exceptional lighting. Very quiet. All new construction. Shared washer/dryer.

I loved being so close to the downtown (just down the street) and also so close to a whole maze of hiking trails in the hills (just up the street). You really can't imagine a better location. Mardi and Robin were above and beyond accommodating, and the apartment itself is very comfy and cozy. Everything is brand new.

This place is AMAZING! Mardi is the sweetest and most helpful host! She is very quick to respond and always very professional and understanding. The suite was beautiful with all updated appliances, gorgeous shower, high quality cabinetry, and lots of storage! The location was incredible! We’ve enjoyed many walks in the park, lovely dinners and nights on the town! All walking distance! The fact that this listing is pet friendly was also a huge bonus for us. We highly recommend renting from Mardi!
