Beautiful home!

From the outside the house is deceiving it is very roomy. We felt at home very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and the owner, Jane is great to deal with.

Cozy house, great price, wonderful owner

From the first email to Jane, she was very responsive and she returned all of my emails and my calls. We have rented vacation homes for years and this has been the best experience overall. The owner Jane came over as soon as we got to the house to show us around and welcome us with donuts. She even had water in the refrigerator. Jane is such a warm and friendly persons, it felt as if we had known her for years. The house was super clean, very spacious and well able to accommodate my family of seven.The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my family. The location was very clean, quiet and safe. My whole family fell in love. This house will be our home when we vacation in the New Jersey area.

Delightful Shore Home on Chadwick Island

We rented this home for a week for a family reunion of 6 adults and 2 tweens. It was a perfect match for us. One bedroom and bath was a little apart from the other 3 bedrooms and this arrangement worked out well for our 86 yr old parents. Everything about the home was clean and fresh with plenty of seating inside and out on the lovely dockside patio. The location in an upscale neighborhood is just a 2 minute walk from the bay and a 10 min walk to the ocean. There is off street parking for 2 cars and even a bike rack in case you bring your beach cruisers. The owner is warm and friendly, even welcomed us with a delicious pastry from a local bakery. Most of the reconstruction after Super Storm Sandy is finished so businesses are open and the whole area looks new and shiny, ready for the summer season.

Perfect House and Location!

We have been staying at this wonderful home for the past 6 years, and we simply love it here! The owners Jane and Ed are very kind, accommodating and helpful, and the house is always perfect for our stay. Any minor problem or concern we may have had has always been immediately taken care of, and the house is comfortable and fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need. The location is perfect also, half way between Pt. Pleasant and Seaside, and just a quick walk to the ocean. The backyard is quiet and as private as you can ask for in a shore property, and our boat is never more than 10' away! Overall this is just simply a wonderful house for our vacation, and it has become a "home away from home"...

We have been vacationing down the shore for years from lavallette to long beach island. This house has to be our most enjoyable stay. The house has plenty of room and all the amenities of home, but most of all the house was extremelyclean and PET FRIENDLY! What more could you ask for, we hope to be back next summer. The Best Ever

My boyfriend and I rented this home for a month this year and absolutely loved it. It is in the perfect spot on the lagoon, quiet, house was perfect, the setting was just right and we got to bring our dogs and our boat. Couldn't have ask for more perfect weather. We loved walking down to the beach in the morning to go for swims and the dogs enjoyed it as well, even more so, swimming right from our backyard. We shared times with friends and family and had plently of sleeping quarters for everyone. We are so excited to come back next year for an even longer time and share more memories there. The Jersey Shore to me is home, having grew up there every summer as a child. This is the ideal spot for families, guys, gals, and anyone of every age. The landlord is very accommodating and are great people. Can't wait to go back.

WE LOVED THIS PLACE AND YOU WILL TOO!!!!!

We stayed a week this year and can't wait to go back again next year. This rental home was just like being at home. We have rented before and on a scale from 1 to 10, we would rate this home a 10+++++++++. The owners, Jane and Ed thought of everything you could possibly need and they could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. The location is perfect. You can walk or ride bikes all over town. Seaside Park is a very short distance away. Enjoy a quiet, peaceful week away with all of the comforts of home. Our dogs loved it too!!
