Family type home with lots of space and bonus room. Fun outdoor gazebo area with 65" cable TV. Family room with 82 inch TV. Great entertaining home in an upper class neighborhood.
4 Bedrooms are spacious with 3 king size beds, 1 queen, and bonus room with 2 queen size beds and pull out couch. Newly remodeled master bathroom with jetted tub.

Beautiful home and outdoor patio area!

Wonderful home, outdoor patio was amazing! It was perfect for our stay during the NCAA champs. Totally recommend if someone is looking for a place during the world champs. I would say it's not 5min from Hayward, 5miles or 15min drive. The outdoor space was awesome, and they allowed us to use the grills. The master bedroom, and other rooms and beds were great, and comfy. The host communicated very well, and made check in and check out, very easy. Don't hesitate to book this home!

Perfect for UO Graduation with Family

Everything was amazing for our family to celebrate our Duck's graduation in June of 2025. The house was perfect and we truly loved the backyard space with a cozy spot to watch TV, and the yard to play bags. We grilled out for most meals and played games too. We also found the kitchen, bed and bathrooms to have everything we needed and experienced a quick response time when we had any questions. No improvements to suggest at all- we highly recommend this house and appreciated our host Kaci very much!

Perfect Home Base in Eugene

My family and my high school track team stayed here during the Nike Outdoor Nationals track meet. The home is beautiful and well-maintained, showing the care that the owners have taken with it. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to everything. Everything is in working order, and there was nothing that we needed that the house did not provide. There was plenty of space for 10 without feeling like we were on top of each other. The owner was communicative and helpful throughout. This is a great place if you need to bring a group to Eugene.

On-line photos did not do justice to the beauty of the property. Very comfortable with all the amenities you could ever need. Great proximity for everything you need in Eugene/Coburg.Hosts were accommodating and very responsive to all inquiries. Definitely would book again when needed.

The house was bigger than I expected and the back yard was perfect! Bedrooms were all spacious and separated. Had everything we needed and enjoyed the darling welcome basket! Seriously cannot think of any suggestions to make the home better. It’s also a short drive to Autzen stadium for UO games and graduation.
