We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfectly located for our needs - we came into town to participate in the Blackberry Bramble. Near parks, restaurants, and activities - we didnt have to go too far to enjoy the city. Our host went above and beyond by providing coffee creamer and soap in the shower (something we actually had forgotten). The beds were comfortable too!10 out of 10, will definitely look to stay again when we come into town again.

Immaculate home - somewhere between historic home and grandma’s beach condo. Light, bright, airy — and quiet. Pleasant train whistles are the only punctuation to the peace. Eugene is a beautiful, human scaled city with exquisite parks and riverside trails. Recommend!!

The house was so quaint. My family and I were in Eugene for only one night, but our stay was fabulous. The house provided all the comfort of home with beautiful old time character. The home was clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a delicious meal. Right down the street from the park and a great food. We will be back. Thank you!

Pictures were accurate. Communication was timely. Near huge park which our dog loved. Enjoyed sitting out on front porch with cocktails watching the world go by.

We have mixed feelings about this VRBO.First, the positives: the location is fantastic. It's incredibly convenient to everything at the University of Oregon, including Autzen Stadium. We loved being able to walk or make quick trips back to the house to recharge between activities. The kitchen was well-stocked with the utensils we needed, which was important since we like to make breakfast each morning. The bedrooms were a decent size, and the window-unit air conditioner was very much appreciated during the oppressive heat in Eugene this past weekend. The management team was also responsive and easy to reach when our entrance code wouldn’t work upon arrival.Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the odor. When we first entered the house, we were hit with a strong smell of wet dog, urine, and something generally musty. The bedroom off the living room, in particular, had a noticeable urine odor. We opened all the windows and doors, turned on the fans, and even bought lavender Glade plug-ins to make the space more livable. The cross breeze helped considerably, and the overall smell became more tolerable over the course of our stay. However, the odor in that bedroom never completely went away, although we managed.Would I stay here again? Probably not. That said, Eugene has a limited supply of accommodation especially during University of Oregon events—so I can understand why this property remains an option.

Thank you for the detailed review and for giving us a chance to make things right when the entrance code acted up, we're glad our team was able to get that sorted quickly. We're so glad the location worked out well for the Autzen Stadium weekend, and that the kitchen and bedrooms fit what you needed. We take the odor concerns you raised seriously and are addressing them with a deep cleaning and follow up inspection so future guests don't run into the same issue. We appreciate you sharing this feedback and hope you'll consider giving us another stay in the future.
