We had such a great stay here while in town visiting friends. Check in was smooth and the house is located in an area that made getting around easy for us. Everything was clean and welcoming, we would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable and nicely set up. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. It was conveniently located and we felt safe in the neighborhood. We will definitely stay again during our future visits to Eugene.

Immaculate home - somewhere between historic home and grandma’s beach condo. Light, bright, airy — and quiet. Pleasant train whistles are the only punctuation to the peace. Eugene is a beautiful, human scaled city with exquisite parks and riverside trails. Recommend!!

The house was so quaint. My family and I were in Eugene for only one night, but our stay was fabulous. The house provided all the comfort of home with beautiful old time character. The home was clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a delicious meal. Right down the street from the park and a great food. We will be back. Thank you!

We have mixed feelings about this VRBO.First, the positives: the location is fantastic. It's incredibly convenient to everything at the University of Oregon, including Autzen Stadium. We loved being able to walk or make quick trips back to the house to recharge between activities. The kitchen was well-stocked with the utensils we needed, which was important since we like to make breakfast each morning. The bedrooms were a decent size, and the window-unit air conditioner was very much appreciated during the oppressive heat in Eugene this past weekend. The management team was also responsive and easy to reach when our entrance code wouldn’t work upon arrival.Unfortunately, the biggest downside was the odor. When we first entered the house, we were hit with a strong smell of wet dog, urine, and something generally musty. The bedroom off the living room, in particular, had a noticeable urine odor. We opened all the windows and doors, turned on the fans, and even bought lavender Glade plug-ins to make the space more livable. The cross breeze helped considerably, and the overall smell became more tolerable over the course of our stay. However, the odor in that bedroom never completely went away, although we managed.Would I stay here again? Probably not. That said, Eugene has a limited supply of accommodation especially during University of Oregon events—so I can understand why this property remains an option.

This property is professionally managed by Host Homes, a family owned business with a local Eugene team.
Normal business hours for messaging are 8am-6pm. Anything after 6pm will be answered the following day. For urgent matters while a guest is at the property we can be reached by phone at 541.357.3747

For VRBO Reservations there will be a Rental Agreement needed to be signed to complete the reservation. There will be a separate email sent (to your email address, not on VRBO). If this does not get signed, the reservation will be cancelled without refund.
