The host was quick to respond. The cabin was in a cool spot and we enjoyed exploring the creek area. It was also really close to some good coffee shops, restaurants and little stores without going too far.The kitchen could use some oven mitts and it would be nice if there was dish soap upon arrival especially for people coming in later in the day. We used the jets in the bathtub once and black came out into the water. The fireplace didnt actually ever get warm. We were told most of their electric units were just for aesthetics. We were really disappointed that we stayed during Christmas and the cabin was not decorated for Christmas at all. Not even lights on the outside. This is the first time we have ever stayed at a cabin during Christmas where that has happened. Will be checking in the future.

Hot tub was the star of the show. There’s no pizza pan or pizza cutter. There was no tabs for the dishwasher we had to buy some.

Communication with host was excellent! They answered all our questions in a timely fashion! The cabin was just as advertised! It was in a perfect location - 5 minutes to the park! It was amongst the trees which was beautiful in the fall! We would definitely stay there again!

Was a great place to stay but was a long drive to get to places in the part had a group of 4 and there was not enough hot water to fill the jet tub not even one time and the lock on the back door did not open from the key pad but none of these things would keep me from staying here again

Booked last minute for a day vacation. We had to drive an hour the opposite direction to get a piece of paper with the door code vs this being emailed causing 2 extra hours of driving. I received 10 calls/text from the property aunt bugs which was overboard. I would come back to the area but wouldn’t want to deal with the aunt bugs team. The cabin had spider webs all over the inside which I stay in the mountains frequently and the cleaning team just didn’t do a good job. I’ll be back to the area as it’s beautiful but will stay with a different company.

We enjoyed the cabin! It was cute and we liked the location. It was easy to get to hiking areas and to find a quick meal. Very quiet area. My only concern was the dampness of the stairs up to the front door. They were slick! Not sure how that can be managed, but probably needs to be addressed. I would recommend.

Wonderful spacious and clean cabin. Easy in and out without any glitches. Secluded with incredible peace and quiet (except the crickets and tree frogs singing you to sleep). But close enough to essential shopping and restaurants and great hiking trails. The cabin was well stocked and we had great relaxing dinners at home. Nice clean hot tub. Lots to do in the Smokies! encountered a bear driving the Scenic Loop. Would definitely revisit this cabin again.

Loved the location, loved the cabin. The only negative is the upstairs floor creeks and pops anytime it's walked on and you can hear everything anyone downstairs says.

This cabin is perfect for a secluded getaway, yet it is only a 15-minute drive to anywhere you want to go. My husband and I stayed with our two children. The downstairs bed is not very comfortable and the place could use a few more utensils and dishware, but otherwise a fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

Last minute weekend getaway

This property is great! The cabin is tucked away on 5 acres and is quiet and well shaded. Also there is a river access to swim a short drive around the corner. Townsend is close by and your inside the national park with tons to see. The company to check-in/out was very helpful and easy to work with. Definitely will come back.

The cabin we rented was great, secluded and very private. Beautifully layed out. Very clean. Even saw 3 bears. Will do this again easily.

Definitely a secluded cabin IN the woods! We enjoyed the cool breeze every afternoon while we grilled. Loved hearing the creek across the road. Perfect location to attractions and hiking! Great WiFi. Our highlight everyday was all the bear visits! We stayed up on the deck and watched them do their thing.

Cute Cabin

The cabin was a great looking cabin/ house. We had a wonderful time exploring Smoky Mountains, ( you’re at least an 1/2 hour from every thing) Unfortunately the house needs a lot of attention. There were issues with cobwebs, spiders and cleanness, even mice dropping. ( drawer in oven and bathroom)Management was quick to respond. They didn’t supply you with an enough bedding or towels, blankets were stuffed in drawer and not very clean looking, and no cleaning supplies!! It was a shame the issue in this cabin, because it really was a great looking cabin! I would not return.
