Overall it was a pleasant stay, but the cabin could use a little TLC. It was pretty chilly/drafty the first few days as the cabin is not well sealed, you can see outside through cracks in several areas. The upstairs bathroom only had the outer shower curtain, the first time guest showered, the water dripped outside the tub and leaked through the floor/ceiling into the downstairs hallway. The jets in the jacuzzi (inside) were not cleaned well and when used filled the tub with debris. The tile floors were varnished at some point and the varnish is peeling off. It would stick to the bottom of your feet in the downstairs bathroom and bedroom. When it rained the roof leaked- steadily dripping into the livingroom. Parental lock was on Roku, most channels were blocked.

Cabin smelled when we first walked in and every time we would leave and come back you'd have to get used to the smell. Very small tv in living room. Couldnt get cable to watch football. Cabin is very dated inside, outside needs a lot of work. Blackout blinds would be nice in the bedroom

Very well maintained log cabin. Warm rustic feel, utilized the cabin space to make it feel open and un cluttered. The rooms were clean with rustic bed spreads and the upstairs played as a game room. My son was so happy with his whole upstairs that he gained on this vacation. The only down fall is the hot tub outside wouldn’t heat over 58 degrees and it was a little chili for us to utilize it during our stay. Kinda disappointing, but other than that the stay was amazing relaxing and not long enough for us! Would definitely rent again.

Good location property needs TLC

Pros- we liked the location, hot tub and hot water/pressure in showers. Cons- Cabin is in need of TLC inside and outside. Also needs a good deep cleaning lots of cobwebs and spiders, floors are gross. Was also not aware until checking in that the washing machine was broke and we could not use it, no discount offered only a “sorry for any inconvenience”. Bed in downstairs was terrible, very worn out. Wood on the outside of the house rotted, deck boards popped up, basically no stain left on the deck. Photos are old and make it look nicer than it is. Supports for the deck are becoming questionable as well. Overall this could be a great place but it feels unloved and uncared for.

Couch broken. Moved houses only for the hot tub to be gross and not cleaned in forever couldn’t even enjoy .

Wonderful cabin, great location

The cabin is located off the parkway, nearly equal distance between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Although there are other cabins nearby, it feels secluded enough that we were only reminded there were neighbors while we were heading out the door. The cabin is spacious, and exactly as described.

Disappointed

Not a good experience. Overall the property was not well cleaned. Downstairs shower was clogged. Downstairs toilet chain came off twice and was being held together with a hair tie. There was mold on the mattress on the pullout, and all of the beds were practically falling apart. There was no gas for the grill, the kitchen was lacking if you wanted to do any food prep, and several eyes on the stove wouldn’t work. There was a lot of traffic that woke us up continually. We left a day early it was so bad. Just an older property that was not well maintained.

Nice Trip!

Very nice location and beautiful cabin! Up on the mountain side in the woods but just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! The customer service from iTrip was great and helped us with any questions and issues we had! Great trip!

We are definitely staying here again

My sons 13 & 10 were asking when we could come back before we even checked out! Love the location, it is 100% as advertised and the hot tub was great! Check in was easy as was check out and communication was spot on! We are definitely going to stay here again!
