We hope you come ready to enjoy our take on glamping, in a rustic setting where you are sure to connect with nature. The camper Fannie sleeps 4 adults and 1 child comfortably. We allow 1 pet in Fannie. Inside the vintage trailers you'll find : rv full size bed, a convertible dinette that turns into a rv full bed and a loft bunk suitable for a child. It also comes with a kitchen, refrigerator, fresh linens, towels, bathroom with shower and toilet, tableware and french press. Camper is hooked up to electric and water. Septic tank is dumped by campground as needed. Outside seating, fire pit and small grill is provided. Hiking is in walking distance with a small waterfall and the Willowemoc creek on the property is a popular trout fishing stream. You'll definitely fall in love with Livingston Manor!
