Newly updated 1-bed condo pet friendly steps to the beach

This adorable 1 bedroom pet friendly condo its under new ownership and new management.
Newly updated, new floors, new smart TVs 55” & 70”, new king bed and mattress, new stove, new microwave, new washer & dryer, new refrigerator. Very Spacious bedroom with king bed, condo sleeps 4, only two minutes' walk from the beginning of our private, gated access to the sugar-white sand and the emerald waters of the Gulf. This is a Family- oriented complex with pool and tennis courts and no charge for amenities. Spacious living room with daybed/trundle, dining area, outdoor eating table,
kitchen fully equipped and an outdoor patio in this first-floor condo.
Washer provided as well as fully equipped kitchen with cookware and dishes.
Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s.
Pet friendly condo rules: we accept 2 dogs under 50lbs - Pet fee is $100 per dog, per stay. Dogs over 50lbs $150 fee. The no disclosure of the guest pet can have the pet removed by the local kennel on the owner expenses. Documented SERVICE DOGS with ADA certification its free to stay.
Free parking with parking permits for the guests.
Guests' dogs are NOT allowed on the beach under any circumstances.
Private Gated beach.
Tennis Courts available for the guests on the premises.
Outdoor pool is heated from nov-feb.
2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella available outside the unit next to the front door for the guests and also beach towels. We don't provide "beach service" available for the guests on the beach to rent on their own expense.

Perfect for small family

The condo was just a few minutes walk to the beach, very family friendly, clean, and the perfect size for a small family. Plus was it's pet friendly.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location!! The condo was roughly a 5 minute walk from doorstep to the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we were enjoying the pool or playing pickle ball. There are restaurants within a short walking distance and we also made the short drive to shopping & other area attractions.

Great Condo.

We enjoyed our stay here. Its location is awesome, near the beach, restaurants, arcades for the kids and stores. Nice apartment, with all you need to relax and enjoy your trip.

Perfect location, spotless apartment, and responsive host. We booked the room two days before the trip and are very satisfied with the whole arrangement. We were there with our 6-year-old black lab. Destin is a fantastic place, and we will return to it again. Destin beaches are not dog-friendly (we took our dog early morning or late evening to walk by the beach on a leash). Our dog is a swimmer, so we took him to swim at the Liza Jackson dog park beach a few times. It's ok, but not very clean. Also, we went to Pensacola Bay View Dog Beach, which is a decent one, but it's a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Destin. Destin without the dog would be a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment; however, with some logistics, even with the dog, you can have some fun. We are happy and looking forward to going back to Deston again.

very cozy condo near the beach

absolutely loved staying here! it was clean & spacious with tons of things you would need at your stay. close walk to the beach roughly 2/3 minutes & very comfy bed! i slept like a baby.

Beautiful, quiet, and clean

The place was cute. Perfect space for my husband, baby, dogs, and me. We loved the decor. It was clean, modern appliances, close to the pool and the beach. We'd definitely recommend it to others and stay there again.

Short Spring Break Getaway

Very nice unit with convenient location to beach. The owner provided all the comforts of home. We had a minor issue with the keyless lock but the on-site unit supervisor helped us. Highly recommend for a single couple!

The convenience and size of the condo was amazing. Not in the hustle and bustle of Destin which was perfect for us and our 5 year old. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Very nice unit and location

Very nice and clean unit. Excellent location with a very short walk to beach. Brought own chairs but appeared to be plenty of beach supplies on hand.

Beach stay

Since I was going to be staying for almost 2 months for work I needed a pet friendly place but also wanted close to the beach- this was it! All updated appliances including washer & dryer, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals & comfortable king size bed! Any issues that arose were addressed almost immediately. Enjoyed my stay!
