Cheerful Henrietta 4BDRM. w/Garage - Pets welcome!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home with a large yard where kids and pets can unwind!

There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway as well as a one-car garage for your use.

Minutes to the 390 Expressway/I90 Thruway interchange, and 15 minutes from Rochester International Airport.

On the upper level there are three bedrooms (two w/Queen beds and one w/twin bed) and a full bathroom, and on the lower level there is one (twin) bedroom with a shower bathroom.

Large Wegmans grocery store is minutes away on Calkins Road.

Pets welcome if approved -- $20/night/pet. Maximum 2 pets.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty $150 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.

The house is spacious and in a great neighborhood with a convenient location. It does feel older and could use a little extra care with cleanliness, but overall it worked for our stay.

Great weekend stay in this adorable home in a quiet neighborhood in Henrietta. Spacious house clean the host was accommodating and had excellent communication, easy check-in, easy checkout, great location, close to highways and stores.Definitely recommend this propertyWill be back again

This house worked perfectly for four unrelated friends, all in our late 60s. Simple but well-appointed, on a pretty and quiet suburban street.

Very nice place

This property worked very well for our family of 4. Everything was as advertised and there were no surprises. The location is convenient with just about everything you’d need within a few minutes drive. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Nice house, nice neighborhood

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house. Cheryl was very responsive to emails and was proactive about checking if we needed anything after we arrived. It's in a great neighborhood and has a large fenced in backyard if you are traveling with a dog like we were. I would stay here again if in the area.

Quiet Family Home

This property was so clean, cozy, and quiet. It was perfect for us to spread out and instantly felt at home. It was very close to many restaurants and Wegmans. Neighborhood was lovely and neighbors didn’t make a peep. No dog barking either. We will consider this property again when visiting our daughter at RIT. The hostess was very attentive and proactively contacted me before and during the stay.

Working Stay

Property was great for the location to the place I was doing training at. Nice and quiet. Beautiful backyard that the dogs loved running around and playing in. Really appreciated being able to bring both dogs with me, a lot of places won't allow 2 dogs. Would stay again if I needed to be back in that area.

Everything worked out great for my family. Being pet friendly and a fenced in yard made the trip that much nicer. All the appliances were new and the house was warm and cozy in the 5 degree weather. We were visiting my son who lives close by and the location was perfect. We’ll use t again.

We were very satisfied with the property, the location, and the communication! The property/home had everything we needed to enjoy a nice, peaceful stay with our two sons and two pups. We made breakfast each morning and dinner two out of three nights. The location is very quiet and peaceful with neighbors walking dogs at night. Everything was clean and ready for us as expected! It was very nice to have a fenced in yard for the pups to roam freely. The communication with Cheryl was awesome! The response time was great and appropriate. No question or statement was left without a reply, which was nice.We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area!

College tour

Overall, it was a fine stay for two nights while we visited RIT and U of Rochester. The house was the perfect size for our family of four and conveniently located about 10-15 minutes from each school. Communication with the host, Cheryl, was very good and she was responsive and checked in frequently. The only issue related to some cleanliness of towels and sheets, which should probably be replaced. Otherwise, the home had a clean kitchen and bathrooms and we appreciated staying there.
