This is 2018 built terraced whole 3 bed house with allocated parking in a quiet residential estate. All the common home amenities and bedding managed by a private contractor. Kitchen, bathroom(one out of 2) and living room is in the ground floor. Spare mattresses available. Utensils, fridge/freezer and Washer Dryer accessible in the kitchen.
Eat out options nearby, walking distance(400 metres) to 'Westgate Farm Dining & Carvery' (https://www.farmhouseinns.co.uk/pubs/midlothian/westgate-farm) and shopping mall (Gyle centre is about 0.5 mile away).
Excellent transport access. Bus stop to airport and City Centre about 200 metres away. Lothian Tram stations (Gyle Centre, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh Gateway, Bankhead) and Scotrail stations(South Gyle and Edinburgh Gateway) are under 0.5 mile way.
