A cozy 280 sq. ft. tiny house in the country is a great place to take it easy, unplug and enjoy the West Texas sunsets, star gazing and wildlife while relaxing in the hot tub. Less than 10 min. from some of the best BBQ in West Texas, World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup (March) and minutes from area lakes for great fishing. The home has an open concept kitchen, living room and queen size bed. The bathroom features a large metal stock tank bathtub with shower. Great for soaking your troubles away! A covered carport.

Had a lovely stay here in Sweetwater with my dog. It was the perfect distance from town. Not too far but also felt very secluded. The hosts were fantastic and the Hen House was lovely for our three night visit.

A Perfect Couple Cozy house in the countrysideHost was quite accommodating and a Great assist.Relaxing Atmosphere thru out our week stay for wife’s work week in town & Hubby just needing a break from the previous 2 months of nonstop work/life’s busy activities! Hot tub was Awesome Peaceful area & all the essentials were there on the Property! Located near to town, accessible for easy supply runs. Host also lite up the property fence line for easy locating at nite!

The tiny house was just perfect for what we needed. It had a really special charm to it and had everything we could’ve possibly needed. It is well cared for and so very clean. We loved it and would stay there again many times over.

Perfect Off The Grid Getaway

Great little getaway for some kid free recharging. Property is super nice and as expected from the description. Excellent value for the price, friendly hosts and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Amazing Getaway

A Great Overnight Stop

We booked for 1 night, and it exceeded our expectations. The decor is great! We loved the set up. The host thought of everything someone might need. We were both extremely pleased. The property is only 5 minutes from town making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. We hope that one day we can here stay again.

Relaxing and Serene

Very quiet and relaxing. Everything we needed was there. Especially loved the hot tub- it helped my husband’s bad back so much. Bed was very comfy. The only thing I would suggest is directions on how to use the tub (if it can be used). Could only figure out the shower. Also not much hot water for 2 people to shower. And maybe directions for the split unit remote. I knew how to use it because I have one at work- but it can be confusing.Would definitely stay again! Thanks!
