Family-friendly & in a great neighborhood! 3 minutes the Nolan County Coliseum!

This is just a cute, cozy RV tucked into a really nice neighborhood. Nothing super fancy or over-the-top—but it’s clean, comfortable, and easy on the wallet, which is what most people are really looking for anyway.

We’re just a block away from the Sweetwater Country Club if you’re into golfing, and about a mile from the Nolan County Coliseum—home of the famous World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup every second weekend in March.

The RV sits right next door to us, so if you need anything at all, we’re close by and happy to help. We’ve also got you covered with coffee, bottled water, and a little welcome snack basket to get your stay started right.

Staying a little longer? Just reach out—we’re happy to consider working with you on extended stays!

Great Stay for the Roundup

The RV was perfect for our family of 4 during the Rattlesnake Roundup. It smelled amazing and came well stocked with bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Thanks for hosting us!

Great place to stay.

Great place. Very convenient. Perfect for my friend and I as we attended a local event. Only suggestion is if you are an adult and plan to sleep in the bunk area, bring a mattress topper. The bunk sleeping pad would be ok for kids but aren't designed to support an adult. Hosts were great. Air conditioning worked great. Plenty of hor water for both of us to shower each night.

Very pleasant

Although it sits between two homes it is in a quiet neighborhood. There are dogs but they were friendly and in a fenced yard. The rv was exactly as listed. It was a comfortable stay and my granddaughter felt safe there. The extras provided such as water and snacks were appreciated! We met the owner and he was nice and available. We did not feel like we were imposing on anyone. Perfect for a couple of people or a solo for short or long stays. The unit is hooked up to electric, water and sewer.

Perfect Little RV near the Nolan County Coliseum

We rented this adorable camper for the Rattlesnake Roundup, and it was exactly what we needed. The queen size bed was incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was seamless and the RV came with some nice little extras that added the perfect welcoming touch – bottled waters, crackers, and a nice note explaining everything we needed to know. The dining room table was the perfect size and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items to make a quick meal or microwave dinner. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the water was nice and hot. It was perfectly clean and very well kept. Very nice owners who were always available via text if we needed anything. It is located in a super quiet neighborhood and we felt very comfortable and private for our entire stay. If you are looking for a perfect little get-away in Sweetwater, you can’t get any better than this rental.

We’re Sweetwater locals and also pastors at Emmanuel Fellowship Church of Sweetwater. We love getting to travel with our family when we can, but we figured there’s no reason for our RV to just sit around the rest of the time.

So we’d love for you to enjoy it! Our hope is that it’s a comfortable, relaxing place for you to land while you’re in town—whether you’re just passing through or staying a little while. If you need anything or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re glad you’re here and hope your stay in Sweetwater is a great one!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Sweetwater might be a small town, but don’t let that fool you—there’s actually quite a bit to check out, learn, and enjoy.

Take the Sweetwater Municipal Auditorium for example. It’s been around since 1926 and still hosts all kinds of shows throughout the year. Connected to it is the Jo & Tom Henderson Gallery, where you can catch art exhibits year-round, featuring everything from local artists to student work.

Then there’s the National WASP WWII Museum, which is honestly a pretty incredible place. It tells the story of the Women Airforce Service Pilots—the first women to fly U.S. military aircraft—and highlights their training at Avenger Field. It’s one of those spots that’s both inspiring and full of history.

If you’re into local history, the Pioneer City County Museum is worth a visit. It’s set in the old Ragland House from 1906 and gives you a glimpse into what life looked like back then. There’s also a chapel and gallery space with exhibits and collections to explore.

And of course, the Nolan County Coliseum is where a lot of the bigger events happen. From livestock shows and trade events to the famous World’s Largest Rattlesnake Roundup, there’s usually something going on and plenty of people showing up for it.

So yeah—small town, but definitely not short on things to do.
