The den features an 18' top grain real italian leather sectional. Also, you will love cooking on this 6 burner Viking gas range. We do love this house so if you're group is prone to making a big mess, getting loud, or doesn't follow rules... please look elsewhere. Everyone else, you will LOVE this house. I used to live here and take pictures of the sunset almost every single day.

There is a natural gas grill for your use that has a dedicated gas line to it so no need to refill a tank. There is an outdoor shower to wash off after a dip in the pool. You will have use of the 2-car garage. This place does have an elevator, but it's not a toy. Please don't let kids play on the elevator. The elevator is to be used for handicap purposes or by those who cannot get up stairs very well.
