Place was very clean, kitchen is stocked well with utensils/pots/pans. Felt very secure, with lots of space for a lot of people. We spent most of our time on Beale St., which was only about a 5 min walk!

Sure Here’s a simple, nice review you can paste in:We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was very convenient and close to the FedExForum stadium, which made getting around easy. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you so much for your review. About the nats we asked you to send a picture and a viedo and zero nats were seen and then I sent my daughter over and there were none so we are very confused on how this was left on the review but maybe you seen one but we immediately came to see within a hour and personally did not see any so we could not remedy a issue that was non existent on arrival. We are very hands on host and always remedy immediately when any issues come up. Thanks again for renting from us and happy you enjoyed your stay.

The unit itself was nice but the many unhoused people living in vehicles in front of the unit was not pleasant. There was a lot of food and debris on the sidewalk. In addition the multitude of abandoned or wrecked vehicles on the street in front of the unit was crazy. It was a little scary to walk down the sidewalk in the evenings.

Wow I am truly shocked by your review. I have exterior cameras and I just viewed your entire stay and of course there are no one living in there vehicles that's crazy. Yes I have reported the vehicle (white jeep) that is broken down at the beginning of street not in front of the condo. Debris on the street well we have HOA maintenance that picks up debris once a week and with us being next to the FEDEX forum we tend to get some debris from people leaving the events and such. You never reached out with any concerns at all as I could have come by and walked the short block confirming no one living in vehicles that's against the law and honestly just a lie or an assumption. I am a hands on host and if you would have reached out I could have helped ease your concerns and yes this home is located Down town 1000% in the heart of the city and if your not use to downtown or cultured areas then Memphis in it's entirety would not be somewhere you would feel comfortable as this wonderful city is full of live and diversity and walks of past, future and present walks of live and we thrive here at the beauty that our city holds! Thanks again for renting

Alright, if you're heading to Memphis and looking for a place that screams "good times," you HAVE to check out the Memphis House of Rock & Blues! This spot was a total showstopper and exactly what we hoped for on our first trip to the city.The interior is super fun and really set the mood for all our Memphis adventures—think Beale Street, Graceland, Sun Studio, and all that amazing food! Plus, we loved that we were easily able to walk to Beale Street from the house. We also felt safe and secure the whole time, which was a huge plus.After long days of sightseeing, those large smart TVs and the comfy living room were perfect for unwinding. And let's talk about the master bed... seriously, it was so comfortable I literally stripped the sheets to see what kind of mattress it was before we left! The master bath was pure spa vibes with its huge size and amazing shower.We didn't get to use the rooftop deck as much as we wanted (thanks, rain!), but the smaller, covered side patio off the kitchen was awesome. It was a sweet spot to hang out and take in the downtown Memphis views.The only tiny hiccup was the bathroom vanity lights—a few bulbs were out or flickering, which made makeup a bit of a challenge for the ladies. But the host was super responsive and apologetic about it, even though they didn't have replacement bulbs on hand. Also, just a heads-up, there are quite a few stairs in this place, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with someone who has trouble with them.

Please read the full review.We paid 2,819.35 for four nights (non-refundable) but left within a few hours of arrival. The area didn’t feel safe- there were homeless individuals at the end of the narrow access road, and even the welcome book mentioned being cautious when outside. A nearby neighbor was yelling almost the entire time we were there.The layout of the home was also difficult for my husband, who has dementia, to navigate. It’s a very vertical space: entry on the garage level, then up to the living room, up again to the kitchen, up again to the bedrooms, and up again to the rooftop deck.We used the bathroom on the kitchen level and briefly sat on the rooftop deck (re-covering the couch before leaving). We followed checkout procedures, including removing trash.The hosts were kind and responsive, and I shared our concerns immediately after leaving. I had hoped for some refund, but none was offered, which I understand given the non-refundable policy.The property is beautifully decorated with a great rooftop deck, close to Beale Street and FedEx Forum. A good fit for someone who enjoys being in the heart of the city.I originally chose not to leave a review, but after 4½ months, I received a notification that the host had reviewed me as a guest. I felt it was fair to share our experience. It simply wasn’t the right fit for us, but it may be for someone else.

We were so happy with the house. I was very impressed with the communication from our host-answering me almost instantly. The house was gorgeous and the convenience of the garage parking was so nice. This property is well equipped with plenty of necessities to get you through (toilet paper, toiletries, dish pods). The kitchen was well equipped and water pressure was great. The full coffee bar was also a great touch and appreciated. Definitely recommend it.
