We are so sorry you had issues locking the balcony doors. The locks work just fine. We have no idea what room a door knob is broken in. We appreciate you letting us know that a couple of pots were scratched. It's that time of year to replace worn cookware. Thank you so much.

Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was great. One recommendation that I am giving is the kitchen be stocked with better cookware and some medium/ large size bowls. Even with nonstick spray, everything stuck. All in all, we had a good time.
