NEW LISTING! Oceanfront vacation condo with breathtaking views and easy beach access. Being a corner unit with each bedroom having its own balcony, it has one of the most desirable floor plans and views at Splash resort! This spacious 3-bedroom 3-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 12 guests (up to 7 adults). It has a fully equipped kitchen, kitchenette, & dining table with view. Free reserved parking. Free high speed WiFi. 4K smart TV’s in each room. Enjoy one of the largest decks on PCB.

The condo splits into 2 private sub-condos (2-bd+kitchen+living / studio+kitchenette) allowing privacy if you want and ideal for an in-law suite, or internal doors can be left open so you can consider the entire 3-bd space as one.

***Low floor - NO NEED TO USE ELEVATORS***

The condo has everything needed for cooking and dining for 12 people. Linens and Towels are provided as well.
Washer & dryer are available in the unit.

Parking Notes: Guests are eligible for 4 parking passes. The Parking Garage is located across the street from the two Splash Towers. No scooters, golf carts, rentable mini-vehicles, boats are allowed on the property. There are spots set aside for check-in that you may use to unload. However, after picking up your parking passes, you will want to move to any other spot in the garage. For guest safety, please use the skybridge on the Lobby Floor that will take you across the street to the towers. Upon checking in at the front desk, you will pay a $40 Registration Fee to receive your parking passes and wristbands, plus an additional fee of $40/car as of the 2nd car (trailer is considered as a car) - this is one time payment for the entire reservation for all the guests together. Parking Passes must be displayed in your vehicle at all times.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Water Access: Splash Resort allows beach access. The beach is accessed through the pool area. You will need your wristbands in order to access the beach.

Splash condotel is conveniently located on front beach road with its renowned restaurants and shops, less than 3 miles from Pier Park, which hosts its own variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and plenty of fun family activities!
This prime location also situates you near the breathtaking nature sanctuaries of Conservation park and St. Andrews park, as well as the Gulf Word Aquarium where you can swim with Dolphins, and the fun Shipwreck Waterpark, both situated just a few miles away.

I enjoyed my stay at Splash Majestic! The hostess Rachel was very accommodating and quick to respond with any question or concern I had. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and the balcony view of the beach from the living room was spectacular. We had plenty of room to enjoy and rest. The beds were comfortable as well. Will be back for another mini vacay soon!

Love the location, pool, lazy river, and beautiful views from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all our needs! Mother-in-law was able to sit on balcony and watch us on the beach and at the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a family trip

I decided to take my family to the beach and my mother liked the amenities with the different pool options. The condo was very clean and everything worked as it should. The beds were comfortable and it's on a lower floor with easy access to everything. We will stay there again.

Great Stay! Will book again!

What a great vacation spot! Unit(s) were perfect - spacious and clean, we enjoyed the being connected but still having separate unit for grandparents, and the access to the beach couldn't have been better! The views from the unit were breath-taking. Splash resort pools were a warm reprieve - fun for the kids! Location of unit was convenient to entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Parking was convient and close. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. Every question was answered thoroughly and host graciously accommodated special requests. We will certainly will look to book this unit again and look at other offerings from host. Thank you for the great vacation!!

Needs some work

Set up well but was outdated and needed a deep clean. Only one blanket in the whole condo, Mattress pad had stains and the sheets wouldn’t stay on bed in master bedroom. Sorely needed a upgrade on patio furniture. The Splash resort needed a paint job around the doors and entryways! Would not stay here again and would not recommend

Our stay at Splash 201E

We had the best time. Check-In was really easy. We were about 2 hours early but was able to get our wrist bands and head down to the pool and the beach. Communication with the Mrs Rachel was great. I had a couple of questions about the remote for the tvs and she got right on it and we figured out what I was doing wrong. Overall the condo was very clean and spacious. We had 11 people overall, 5 adults and 6 kids ranging in age from 3-11. This condo being on the second floor was awesome because we didn’t have to wait on the elevator. The stairs are right next to the condo. Each room has its own balcony and that was great! The Splash resort has an Alvins Island right across the road which was great too! We had a great stay and definitely plan to visit again!

Not what I expected

View was beautiful. Condo in general had some maintenance issues. Sink clogged, towel rack broken. Very dusty and the carpet smelled bad. We had to rewash all the sheets due to sand, hair and general dirtiness. Condo facility did not have a great check in process. No one was at the front desk for the first couple of days so we were unable to get parking pass and arm bands. I would not recommend.

Perfect relaxing getaway

My family came for an extended weekend for a wedding. The condo was in a perfect location. It is one of only 3 condo buildings in that part of the strip so the beach wasn’t overcrowded. The condo itself was directly off the elevator/stairs. It was my husband and my children with my in-laws. My in-laws were able to stay in the suite and me and my family had the main condo. It gave us both our own space but allowed us to be together as well. Every room had a balcony with an ocean view which was amazing!! The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The splash pad area was nice for my younger kids. I would say for children 3-4 under. My 2 older children got bored of it and wanted to be at the beach. We didn’t try out the coffee/ice cream shops. For a relaxing, quick trip, this condo couldn’t have been more perfect. Would love to stay here again!

Great condo with good location and amazing views

Recently did a spring break trip with our family and some friends (3 small children total) at this condo. Location was good, beach was wonderful, kids really liked the pools and lazy river. The condo was very spacious for the 7 of us, kitchen worked well for cooking most our meals. There is some wear and tear in the unit, but the decor is nice and family friendly. Each bed room and the main living area has a view of the ocean.The unit is the second floor above the lobby, and 3 floors up from the ground. This is low enough you can take the stairs if you don't want to wait for the elevator. There are two heated pools, one older kid splash zone, a small lazy river, and a hidden toddler 'splash pad'. Don't rely on the restaurant by the pool (its crazy expensive) and the coffee/ice cream place is still closed with no indication of when it will reopen. Location is near several grocery stories and a lot of major brand box stores in case you need anything during your stay.

Breath-taking Views of the Gulf w/ lots of extras

The description of the listing does not do the property justice. The view from the living room and the view from the dining room combined is absolutely breath taking. We spent every morning pointing at dolphins from the couch! It was nothing but beautiful ocean views and magnificent sunsets for MILES. We have stayed in PCB for the past 8 years and we have never had views as beautiful as this. The amenities at Splash were nice. The pools were not crowded. The kids enjoyed the splash pad. We would visit the donut shop frequently and enjoyed drinks from the bar. We wish the room came with complementary chairs and umbrella on the beach but they didn’t. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We liked that everything was pretty close to each other. We went down and swam in the mornings and went upstairs for lunch. We’d go back down to the beach for the afternoon and end the day back at the pool. There was a bathroom near the pools which was super convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cold outside but warm in here!

There were 10 of us that stayed over thanksgiving week. We loved the condo. I def appreciated that there is not a lot of small and breakable decorations. I have children and I usually have to hide that stuff so it doesn’t get broken. Loved that we had real towels available and not typical hard and scratchy hotel type towels. The 2nd floor location was perfect because sometimes the elevator was full and or slow. It was cold so we didn’t spend much time at the beach or the pool but the view was spectacular. The only thing I would say is that there seemed to only be super big spoons available, and the fridge seemed a tad too cold. Our lettuce in the bottom drawer froze. Also tv remotes did not work all the time (perhaps a battery issue) I did not reach out to the hosts in regards to this issues as they were minimal but they were super responsive when I did have questions before we stayed. Def recommend if you are looking for a nice, relaxing trip to the beach! We Hope to come back next year!

Great Beach Condo

Great location with the beach and ocean view. Condo was just as advertised. I wouldn’t do it again in December but it must be totally awesome in good weather. Communication with agent was easy and questions and concerns were answered within seconds and I was not made to feel like my questions were a bother. Definitely recommend.

Perfect stay for a family and plenty of room for kid's 🙂

This place exceeded our expectations with beautiful views of the ocean and tons of space for everyone. When you walk through the first door you are greeted by 2 more sperate doors that each lead you into a warm, cozy space. The door to the left brings you into a two bedroom apartment type feel w a hallway w a full bath on the left, bunk bed room w pull out trundle and own personal balcony on the right then kitchen on the right and opens up to the living room with tons of windows w a gorgeous view. Passed the kitchen on the left you will have a master bedroom w large comfortable bed, large bathroom and access to the front balcony that you can also access from the living room. I loved the large kitchen table in the dining area to fit 6 to 8 people easily. The second door from the entrance leads you into a extra large size space, personal suite with a large comfortable bed, pull out sofa chair, full bathroom and a personal balcony view of the pool area and ocean. Also a small kitchenette. Not only does the place offer beautiful oven views, it has 3 pools and a small water park for the kids to enjoy. We came in November, so the only pool that was open was by the water park and it was heated and had a hot tub. I was so glad they had a heated pool in the cold weather for the kids to enjoy. We will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the other pools, lazy river and water park. This unit is on the 2nd floor and makes it to where you can be from your condo and on the beach in about 3 min. This condo is right across from Alvin's island, easy to even walk to. Was great for souvenirs or anything you need for the beach you might have left at home. Tons of delicious restaurants within a 5 mile radius, gas station close by and even a Winn-Dixie a half mile down on the same road. If your looking for a beach get a way with your family and even friends this place is perfect. I love the separate doors to give each other privacy if need be.

Great property with perfect location on the beach. This unit was the perfect size for our family of 4 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 children. The owner was very prompt at answering questions, and very helpful. Check-in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

We stayed here for a bachelor party. It was right on the beach and was able to sleep 12 grown men comfortably. There is grocery and liqour stores near by in case of a quick run. Pier park is able 2 miles away. We enjoyed our stay and would recommended this to anyone. We are talking about coming back soon.

Our love for travel has brought us pretty quickly to explore the Emerald Gulf beaches of Florida and it was love at first sight! We try to come to this area as much as we can and enjoy the beautiful views, the fun activities, the delicious restaurants and most of all, the friendly people…
Our ultimate goal is for our guests to feel at home at our condo as much as we do, relax with the spectacular views, enjoy everything that the condo, the resort and what Panama City Beach has to offer and create life long memories!
