This very cozy, very clean non smoking home that sleeps up to 14 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathroom. Perfect for families. Washer and dryer. Large flat screen TV's. Built in electric fireplace in the living room, perfect for Fall/Winter rentals. Surround sound system inside and out. Great outside area with brand new trex dock on water. AC. Backyard inground pool. Outdoor shower. Tiki bar and lounge area with fire table. Weber grill and Big Green Egg Smoker. Bring your boat! Boat slip available. Bay side beach in local community. Kevin’s house is GREAT! It is a beautiful house and in a great location. Kevin is very responsive and does a great job at summarizing all you need to know about the house. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent off of him again!

Perfect home for our family. Plenty of space, both inside and out. Great location, just a few minutes over the bridge to LBI. Enjoyed time at the ocean and bay and then back to the pool in the afternoon when kids were napping.Couldn't ask for a more perfect week.

Lagoon Life! We rented this home for a family beach vacation and would highly recommend the home. It was 5 miles from LBI so an easy drive for restaurants, beaches and attractions. So an ideal location on the water. We enjoyed crabbing and fishing off the dock. The heated pool was perfect in size and temperature. And the tiki bar was quite large and a great adult hangout spot by the FirePit. We will definitely try to rebook this house based on availability.

Absolutely stunning house and location! There’s a 5 sprayer shower that is incredible! We enjoyed the gas fire pit and heated pool on our cool Sept. weekend along with the kayak and paddle board. My favorite memory is the beautiful view from the top deck balcony that we enjoyed every morning while sipping our coffee!! Kevin was very helpful with details, and all instructions are covered in the message and welcome package. We highly recommend the Soggy Dollar!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation or getaway including a great pool, outdoor tiki bar and “man cave” downstairs. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Lovely home! We hope to be back!

We had an amazing stay at this LBI rental! The house is perfectly located right on the lagoon, which made for such a relaxing and scenic backdrop. The backyard is a total gem—with a cute pool, plenty of lounge space, and even an outdoor TV for hanging out day or night. Inside, the house is spacious with lots of sleeping room, making it perfect for a group or family getaway. The included beach badges were a great bonus, and we made full use of them! Kevin was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better week—already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect spot!!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous beach home. It was the perfect spot for peace and quiet, yet just a short drive from the shoreline. We were in town for a family wedding with lots of activities, so we can’t wait to return and so we can use all of the amenities the house has to offer.

Quick weekend at the Jersey Shore

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, had a beautiful view and nicely stocked. They even have things like sand toys and kayaks you are welcome to borrow. We were only there for two short nights in the fall but had a great time. Wild swans swam up to the pier and we caught a few crabs with a crab trap. We would stay here again!

Spectacular rental

Excellent stay! We rented for a week in July . The house had everything we could want, from the fully equipped kitchen to the pool and outdoor entertainment. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of space. Thank you for having us and we will see you next year!!

Awesome Location

We loved the location of the property. Being on the canal was beautiful. Our daughter loved watching the boats float past. The property was clean, well stocked, perfect for entertaining and spending time with family. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect

Our stay at this home far exceeded our expectations! The house is fabulous with lots of light and water views. Staying on the lagoon is tranquil and the location is a short ride to the beach and LBI activities. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. I will definitely stay here again.
