Walk out the back door and you’re on the lagoon with unobstructed bay views! Enjoy beautiful sunsets or gaze up at the moon. Relax on the 48' dock with with your favorite cocktail, or cozy up next to the firepit with a refreshing drink.
This home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen and dining area, and 2 family room areas. Relax and dine on two decks equipped with dining on the 2nd floor and comfortable seating on the covered fisrt floor. See swans, Osprey, Blue Heron, ducks and otters feeding/playing in the bay. Great bird watching with Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge nearby. Plenty of outdoor space and a dock if you want to bring your boat! Come and enjoy a bike ride, kayaks, stand up paddleboard, inflatable rafts, crabbing and much more!

The space
Our 2,745 sq ft. pet friendly bay house with open floor plan is cozy and inviting and can accommodate up to 8 guests with plenty of comfortable seating. New furniture updates to home in 2025.
Bedroom 1 (1st flr): One brand new King Bedroom set with memory foam, Large Closet, 55" Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV and gorgeous bay views
Bedroom 2 (1st flr): Two Twin Beds with memory foam mattresses, 43” Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV
Bedroom 3 (2nd flr): One brand new King Bedroom set with memory foam mattress, Large Closet, 55" Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV and Full Bath
Bedroom 4 (2nd flr): Bunkbed (1 Queen/1 single) with memory foam mattresses, 43” Smart TV with YouTube TV

Bathrooms: Two Full Baths on the 2nd Level, One Full Bath on the 1st floor

Upstairs Living Room: Enjoy panoramic bay views from our large sectional and two swivel/glider chairs with 55” TV with streaming capabilities & YouTube TV; Plenty of board games, puzzles and games provided for those dreaded rainy days.

Downstairs Living Room: Even more incredible bay views and another large sectional with additional sleeping capacity and 65” TV with streaming capabilities and YouTube TV. Great for movie nights! Area also includes a work station with multi-screen docking station for your convenience for those who require mixing business with pleasure.
Dining Room: Large Dining Table with seating for 10 plus there are 4 counter stools and…yup you guessed it..more incredible bay views.

Kitchen: Large Kitchen with microwave, oven (air fryer capable)/gas stove, refrigerator with icemaker, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster, Blender, Food Processor, Pantry and plenty of cabinet space. Everything you need for cooking and baking including pots, pans and large pots for crabs! We offer a variety of dishware, utensils along with spices and cooking oils
The entire home features central AC and Heat and lots of adjustable lighting.
Back Yard: Our backyard is fully fenced in and includes a BBQ grill (propane tanks available), picnic table and fire table with Adirondak chairs for your enjoyment. An outdoor shower is available as well.

Additionally you'll have access to inflatable rafts, 2 kayaks, 1 Stand Up Paddleboard, bicycles and cornhole. Outdoor there is plenty of seating on 2 separate decks, fire pit, (propane tanks available). Life jackets in various sizes provided.

For those with young families, we provide a pack & play, high chair and baby gate.

Pets are allowed—up to 2 dogs (no puppies—must be at least 18 months old). No cats permitted. All dogs must be declared upon booking reservation with age, breed and sex provided with approval by host. A $ 200 flat fee is required. Guests are responsible for ensuring dogs do not cause damage to the house and are required to clean up after pets. Pet cleaning supplies provided underneath kitchen sink. Also responsible for removing any pet waste in yard. Pooper scoop and pet waste bags provided.
