Welcome to Plum Island Getaway! Nestled in a central location along the Plum Island strip, this home serves as your home base to all that Plum Island has to offer. Despite being a condo, rest assured that everything showcased in the photos is exclusively for your use—nothing is shared with the other unit. The condo complex includes only two units, and the other unit has a separate driveway, entrance, and deck, mimicking the privacy of a single-family home.

Location of this property was great - across from the beach and a coffee shop. Plenty of space great living room and a modern kitchen. Bedrooms were on multiple floors with stairs. We had six of us and slept comfortably. Grill and patio area and decks with great views. A great rental property on Plum Island!

Perfect Place!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Location is perfect with quick walk to the beach and the place is so clean and beautifully updated!! Would definitely stay again!

Every amenity was thought of for you. From beach towels and bikes to high chairs and first aid kits. So much space to put your things away and enjoy the home.

Wonderful spot!

Great location close to the beach. Property was beautiful and extremely clean- met all of our needs to the finest detail! Lani was super responsive to the very few needs that we had. Would definitely come back.

Comfortable and clean

We had a great stay, the place was perfect for our group. Very clean, and love the comfy couch. Location was great as well, just a quick walk to the beach. Great outdoor space and comfy beds. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend the Sunset Club for drinks and dining.

Perfect Home

We loved our stay at this home. The house had a great location, and was very comfortable. The house was extremely clean as well, beds were very comfortable. Host was very quick to respond to a few questions prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this property, and look forward to renting this home in the future.

A great spot for a Friends Getaway

My friends and their spouses came to visit from South Africa. This was the perfect spot to spend time together before my wedding. It had everything we needed and the space was clean.

Perfection

We have rented a few houses on plum island, but this is by far our favorite. The house is very clean, and comfortable.

Love our stay

There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like about this home. The size was perfect for our group. The home was beautifully decorated with a light and airy feel. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lani was easy to communicate with and responded with questions quickly. The property is very close to the water. The beach was practically empty. The town is easy to walk around in. It has a few small shops and restaurants. You can walk through a state park as well which is very close. The town of Newbury Port is a short drive and has lots of shopping and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay. We are keeping this on our list for future stays.

Spacious and comfortable beach home

A group of 5 girls stayed here for two nights. It was the absolute perfect house. There were plenty of comfortable beds for us all and a huge couch in the living area to hang out on. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped. The house was very clean and extremely close to the beach. It had everything we needed and two lovely decks. There’s nothing bad I can say about this house. Communication with host was very quick and helpful. Highly recommend this property and would love to return.
