This was our 2nd stay in 2 years. First stay was great but this stay was horrid!
Beach access washed away, protective beach fence gone, gas outdoor fireplace gone, house in terrible ill-repair. Owner is absent and didn’t care to address any of our concerns when we contacted them during our stay.
We paid a great deal of money for a failed stay and failed property. The owner should reimburse our full payment immediately and make safety repairs
We are 14+ year VRBO Premier Waterfront Property Hosts and ABB Súper Hosts with 400+ 5 Star Reviews. We would never dare ask for payment for such a failed property with failed waterfront access.
We would never refuse to address our guests concerns like has been done here. We would immediately refund our guests if we had so grossly misrepresented our property like what has happened here.
We also recommended important safety repairs 2 years ago at the property and they have never been addressed in 2 years!
When we contacted the host during this stay about no access to the beach and no protective fence from the beach that was here 2 years ago and at every other property and he didn’t care and did nothing to address these major property failures.
The only acceptable resolution would be a full refund and immediate resolution of the failed property issues including :installation: of steps to beach, protective property fence at waterfront side, outdoor gas fireplace, property safety and maintenance repairs,etc.
