Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bath 1 block to the beach! Ideally located in south beach close to all shopping, restaurants and freeways. Restaurants, convenient stores and bars are all within short walking distance. Apartment comes with FREE covered parking.

Apartment comes with all essentials necessary, beach chairs and towels, linen, towels, pots and pans, dishes, soap & shampoo and toiletries necessary to start your trip.

The perfect location!

The property was very well maintained and very comfortable! The balcony space is absolute perfection with a fabulous view! Conveniently located near a trolley stop and there are walkable places in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay in this compact but clean, updated condo just two blocks from the public beach and walking trail. Great cafes and beach bars in the neighborhood and short uber ride to SoBe and downtown. Living, dining & kitchen all one space. Ideal for four people, six is tight.

Perfect for family of 4

This little apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed here for a week and it had everything we needed, including a balcony and a parking spot. It is in a great location. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach is one block away. It's right across from the free public trolly and there are bike rentals close by. Lawrence always responded quickly. I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Little getaway

Such a great little spot! Very clean, modern, and the communication Lawrence provided was impeccable. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We needed nothing during our stay. Will definitely book again in the future!

Pleasant stay in mid Miami beach

The property appeared to be newly remodeled very nice and clean. Parking was easy and there was no additional charges like some other properties in this area. It was about 3 blocks to a beach area that had chair and umbrella rentals not part of a hotel, but easy walk for us. Thank you.

Nice condo and I love Miami. Diving here is great.

The condo is clean and comfortable and in what seemed to be a safe area. The beach here is great, lots to see. We are divers and this was the first we had the chance to go diving in Miami. The diving is great, with 70 to 80-foot visibility and a nice artificial reef program with lots of wrecks. The Gulf Stream is whipping here so you do have to be comfortable with diving in a current but the boat captain and crew will help with that. Great trip.

Highly recommended!

The host, Lawrence, is friendly and always available to answer any questions! Very nice and clean condo! Very comfy beds! Very good location, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! I highly recommend this place and if I ever go back to Miami Beach, I would rent this apartment again! Thank you very much for everything! We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place!!

Very clean lovely accommodations in an excellent location away from the spring breakers! Close to restaurants. Parking was a huge plus. Thank you Lawrence for sharing such a great condo with us and thank you for the bottle of wine and chocolates as well as the fabulous bathroom amenities! If I am ever in Miami Beach again, this will be my first choice!!

Condo better than it looked in pictures. Great location. Steps to the beach and really nice running and biking trail. My family had one of the best vacations ever centered at this condo.

Fantastic stay thank you!

Lawrence, we totally loved your place. Check-in was automated and super easy. Apartment was very clean and comfortable with ample towels and toiletries, kitchen supplies and beach chairs. 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and bars around the corner. Thank you for being so responsive and the bottle of wine. We appreciate it. Great place!
