Decorated in tropical decor, this home faces southwest for sunny days and great sunsets.
This is a home away from home, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, grill, etc.
The living room features disappearing glass sliding doors, leading to the lanai and pool with outdoor Smart TV as well as swim up table/bench.
The family room features a 60" smart TV complete with Netflix.
The master bath suite features a custom designed, walk in shower. The bedroom itself features a king bed, smart TV and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 features two twin beds with the option to convert the twins to a king bed. Bedroom 3 features a king bed. The guest bath features a jetted tub.
This vacation home is in a premier neighborhood of Palaco Grande, the "Gold Coast" because of its beauty and exceptionally wide canals close to the river. It's great for walking and biking with mature royal palms trees and tropical plants lining the streets. Close to shopping, golfing, beaches as well as numerous restaurants

My husband and I spent 10 days at this absolutely lovely home and wished we could have stayed longer! Our hosts were incredibly hospitable, responsive to questions and provided helpful information about the house and the surrounding community. The layout of the home is ideal for couples and families, with plenty of areas for social gatherings as well as private spaces for quiet reflection. Amenities throughout were thoughtfully considered- every room was well-stocked with every necessity and home comfort- it truly became a home-away-from-home! Each morning, we enjoyed coffee poolside, overlooking the serene canal while evenings were spent watching the gorgeous sunsets from the outside covered patio.The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet as well and neighbors we did encounter were so friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the area wildlife: tiny lizards, iguanas, butterflies & even an owl! The location was wonderful too- we easily took a few day trips and visited Sanibel & Pine Islands, Naples and Punta Gorda. This was one of our favorite vacations ever- we came home relaxed, refreshed & re-energized!

The property was great- just as presented online.It was perfect for our family vacation, clean and spacious. It's in a beautiful setting. Make sure to bring proper bug spray for noseums as we found they were in and around the house and bite quite a bit.

Another Fantastic Stay in a Fantastic Villa

This was our 2nd stay in 2 years, love the location (couldn't get much closer to Fins our now favourite Bar/Restaurant)Villa very clean, everything you may want, a very relaxing stay.

super week away

We had our annual girls trip and stayed at Rick and Mary's home. The house is one level, very roomy, the beds were very comfortable. The back yard is sceneic and relaxing- beautiful landscaping and the pool was awesome. Us from Canada like our pool with heat and although it was May and temperatures were in the 90's we loved having a heated pool- it was not too warm and was very refreshing! The home is clean, the kitchen is spotless with so many amenities such as a blender, two coffee makers one for single and another for multi cups. The fridge is spacious as well as the washer and dryer. The lights and fans were labelled so to know where to turn things on. It was a quiet neighbourhood and location was so accessible to shopping, dining, site seeing. Our view to the south was awesome at night with warm air and a nice brreze to watch the sun set. I would highly recommend this place to anyone- good for families, friends, couples.

Delightful property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home is in very quiet neighborhood and was very well supplied. Lanai pool were fantastic! Homeowner was receptive and responsive to various inquiries. Highly recommend.

Great Girls Trip

Super girls trip to Cape Coral! The house is just as represented with a wonderful outdoor area and fully stocked with everything you need for a wonderful week stay. My daughter and her friend used some of the beach chairs and rolling cooler to take a trip to Fort Myers beach one of the days. Very nice to have everything you need when flying in for a quick week! Thanks for a great trip!

Great Villa!!!

Lovely Villa. Well equipped with all you need to a comfortable and fun holiday. Richard was very helpful and good communication. We would recommend friends and family if they ever wanted to visit this area of Florida.

Palaco Grande Pkwy - Cape Coral

We had a great stay in Cape Coral. The house was perfect for us - very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pool was excellent - maintained every week. The house is close to grocery stores, shopping and the beaches. Our host, Rick, made sure we knew we could contact him if we needed anything.

Toller Aufenthalt :)

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert; das Haus war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Start brauchte. Unsere Tochter wollte aus dem Pool gar nicht mehr raus. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Summer/baseball vacay

The house was great and had everything we needed and more. We loved riding the bikes and playing corn hole. The beach chairs came in handy too! The only thing that could be better were the mattresses. They were very hard and we had a few sleepless nights until we got used to it but would still stay again!

Our FAVORITE Place to stay

To say this is our favorite place to stay is an understatement! I think this is the fourth or fifth time we stayed at this property and we absolutely love it. It is absolutely perfect for us. The pool and the outdoor living space is wonderful. It really is only one negative… we can’t stay long enough!!!!

Great vacation home for families

This house was the best vacation home for our family. The home sits in a peaceful neighborhood called Palaco Grande. The house was very clean and well kept inside and out, the layout and space was perfect for my husband and I and our 4 teenagers. The host Rick was wonderful. He was accommodating and responded to our requests prior to our arrival which made it a stress free vacation. This house has all the essentials which was a plus since we traveled by plane. The host provided extra amenities if you are wanting to visit the local beaches. We were able to travel to Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Marco Island beaches with all the essentials for a day at the beach. You have access to the garage which was nice to be able to park in the garage on the hot sunny days. Our family favorite spot at the house was the outdoor living space. We enjoyed all our meals in this space and swimming in the screened in pool. Currently they are cleaning the pool on Tuesdays so we had it cleaned two times during our ten day stay. Thank you Rick for being an exceptional host, our stay was amazing which made a great vacation and memories to last a lifetime.

Really Nice Getaway

This house was a real find with three bedrooms, full of everything you need and a very nice pool at a reasonable price. The property was clean, ready for us and check in was very easy. There were only two of us, but the property can easily handle up to six people. The bathroom and shower were very very nice. The only caveat is that the toilets are very low and were a problem for us older seniors. It is a very nice location, with a number of restaurants close by and the Edison/Ford winter homes and museum was just across the bridge in Ft. Myers. The owner and handyman were very quick to respond to a few minor issues we encountered. This was a hot time of year and it was good to have access to a garage to keep our car out of the sun. All in all it was a very enjoyable visit and we highly recommend the property.

Lovely home

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Alles war genauso wie beschriebenen und noch besser. Tolles Haus mit tollem Pool und vielen Dingen die unseren Aufenthalt noch verschönert haben. Dazu gehören natürlich auch die Strandsachen wie Stühle und Sonnenschirm... Und das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 👍👍👍👍

Great Cape Coral vacation home

The property (house, pool, neighborhood) provided a very comfortable stay for our family. House had everything we needed including bikes and pool toys. Wonderful restaurants were close by and the host was very responsive and helpful. Pool and lanai were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay and hope to come back.

Amazing vacation home

The house was just as it was pictured. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and then some! It was chilly when we were there in December but we did get to enjoy the pool area quite a bit. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to walk around in. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Early Winter Get-away

This is a very comfortable home with everything we needed. It was quiet, and the outdoor living space was wonderful with sun all day long. Within a short drive we could go to a small beach, an outdoors Farmer's Market, shops and groceries. We would definitely stay here again. D & C

Perfect holiday villa

We’re holidaying from the UK and this has been one of our best of many trips to Florida over the years. Villa was exactly as described and exactly what we wanted. Quiet, convenient location, lots of very good local restaurants, especially recommend Fins. (Which was recommended along with many others in the book in the villa). Extremely well stocked villa, everything you could need is there, beach towels, soap and even sun cream. Would definitely use again if back in the area. Only downside was we had to come home!
