Corner townhouse in the High Cotton Marketplace. Upscale residence has a bird’s eye view of the Apalachicola River. Watch shrimp boats pass from our spacious balcony! Downstairs, browse shops & sip coffee at local favorites. Close to wedding venues such as the Ice House. Sony OLED tv's, Sonos sound system, two Stearns & Foster king beds, king sleeper sofa by Design Within Reach & a fully appointed gourmet kitchen. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars. We are around the bend from a live music venue, so consider this when booking. Fantastic venue for extended stays! Free bikes, beach towels, umbrellas & chairs. Sorry, no pets. Maximum occupancy is SIX plus ONE infant. This property uses a reverse osmosis filtration system & provides bottled water & coffee. Mew heat & air unit. Adjust Nest thermostat to suit your comfort (thermostat is programmed to allow temperatures between 68 to 78 degrees).

The place was perfect for us, we were 2 couples exploring the area for 3 nights. Many fun stores and restaurants within walking distance. The place had everything we needed. Very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Apalachicola. Betsy, our host, takes great pride in her property. This is NOT your average rental. Beautifully decorated & every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Location close to town & the waterfront. Very walkable, or use the bikes provided. Communication was excellent, check-in/check-out were a breeze. Would happily stay here again.

This place is beautiful. The furnishings are awesomely elegant (for vrbo) and there is "real" art work on the walls. It has everything you could want (including sharp knives in the kitchen!). We had a great time hosting thanksgiving for 10 people and enjoyed the place as well as the company. The only negative aspect is that there is a seafood facility across the street that has noisy compressors. You only really hear it when you are on the balcony and you do get used to it though.

We had a wonderful stay. Very clean and so many extras provided. Perfect location and beautiful view. We were there 3 nights and never drove our car. Everything is easily within walking distance.Betsy was amazing and very available when we needed something.We will definitely return.

This unit is beautiful! The location is fantastic for getting around to all the shops, restaurants and bars. And the view from the balcony is phenomenal for those evenings when you want to sit outside and watch the boats come up & down the river. Our host, Betsey, has thought of everything you could possibly need plus extras you wouldn't expect. She was great with her communication and ensuring we were well taken care of. The elevator in the unit was a welcome perk for the members in our family that needed to use it due to physical limitations. You cannot go wrong with staying here. In fact, I very much recommend it. We will be back in the future.

The balcony views were absolutely breathtaking — perfect for watching the boats head out in the morning. In the evenings, you can relax and enjoy the sound of live music from the bar across the street. The location is ideal, within walking distance to everything.

Fantastic location and so nice!

We were in town for a few days of wildflower hunting in the National Forest and chose Betsey’s condo for our stay. We fell in love with it! So wonderfully decorated and so well equipped. Our host thought of everything we might need and provided it all! From the wonderful selection of tea and coffee to the snacks provided, it was all simply perfect. I will be staying here again sometime!

Awesome views of the river

The unit is updated and has a lot of amenities that includes bottled water, tea, coffee and filters. We didn't use them but bikes are also available. The balcony is large and overlooks the water. This is a perfect location and the layout is great for two couples.

Fantastic

It was the easiest rental to facilitate the arrival, house information and exit I have ever experienced with VRBO. The owner explained all the information very accurately, she has codes created for the door for multiple users and items labeled in the house which makes the stay very comfortable.There were multiple things available in the home to help enjoy the outdoors as well. If you are like us and respect others properties, you will love this place. If you are looking for a place to party and trash, go find another place and leave this for people who can respectfully vacation is a very nice environment. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great time

This property is beautifully situated over the Apalachicola river. Beautiful view, and Betsy the owner is wonderful to communicate with. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, espresso maker, bikes, beach towels... she thought of everything. Ive stayed here twice and will definitely be back. Love the convience to downtown shopping and restaurants.

Great stay, accommodations, and location!

Betsey communicated very well and provided a great VRBO opportunity! The place has elevator access which worked out great for my 82 year old mother and the rooms and conditions were outstanding! While too hot through the weekend to enjoy the balcony, it has great views, too! She had warned us about the dive bar around the corner having live music but was not a problem to us; in fact, I went over and had a closer look from the picnic tables! Great location near downtown and everything is walkable. I plan on going back!

Wonderful stay in a friendly city.

We booked this unit based on its location, pictures and reviews and it exceeded all of expectations. From the friendly and helpful checkin process to all of the amenities and furnishings and the location, our stay could not have been better. The condo is so well setup and prepared thoughtfully that we were just amazed. There was even cinnamon for our morning coffee (provided). Cheerfully decorated and comfy with the perfect location for exploring downtown.

Wonderful place and owner!!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Apalachicola Getaway! Clean, comfortable with great amenities. Enjoyed dinner in town and having a night cap with live music at High Five Dive right across the street was an added bonus! Before we departed we enjoyed coffee on the patio watching the fish/shrimp boats headed out. Great little getaway!

Fantastic stay

Betsey the owner is the sweetest and most accommodating owner Inhave ever stayed with through VRBO! My sisters and I took our 85 year old mother and the condo was perfect for her because of the elevator. Betsey had every detail covered and we did not lack one thing! best memories made!!

Great Visit

Everything was as presented online but once we were there they were actually better. The elevator made moving luggage and bags so much easier than expected. The roominess of the place surprised us all. The kitchen was great and very well stocked. Loved the location. We plan on going back in the future.

We love being in the heart of the Apalachicola commercial district! This town is a real working fishing locale. You can literally sit on the balcony and watch shrimp boats come & go as well as big game fishing boats and yachts. We have shops, restaurants and coffee shops nearby including the same building. We are down the street from two live entertainment venues and bars. Something for everyone!

Location! Location! Location! You’ll love watching all the activity from the spacious balcony. Lots of upscale amenities (read reviews), top notch furnishings and of course 4 complementary bicycles with gear. The bikes make it easy to explore Apalachicola. About a 12 minute drive across the bridges gets you beachside at St George Island. Parking is plentiful around town, but most people walk. Golf cart rentals available nearby and they will drop off! New heat & air. Adjust thermostat to suit your comfort (thermostat is programmed to allow temperatures between 68 to 78 degrees).
