Our "Mill Pond" Loft apartment is located right in the heart of downtown Apalachicola! Situated in one of the most unique & stunning buildings (115 years old!!) w/ beautiful exposed brick! Features include a King Bed, 2 Twin Cots, efficiency, water views, kitchen-coffee pot, Microwave, Toaster-wifi, downtown views, spacious floor-plan, walk-in shower w/ lots to do outside your doorstep! *This apartment is on the 2nd floor so guests must’ve able to navigate steps.

Great Spot at a Great Price!

This apartment is so cute and clean! It's located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the bay. It's ideal for 2 people but you can make it work for sleeping 4! We had a blast staying here!

Nice and relaxing

We loved the place. It was so clean and beautiful and in the best location. Restaurants were within walking distance. The town was nice. We stayed Monday through Thursday to get some rest and relaxation.

Perfect location!

We stayed at this property to attend a wedding in Apalachicola. This location was a short walk from everywhere we needed to go for the wedding, and to some great spots to grab drinks and food. Checking in was seamless thanks to the great instructions from the host, who was very responsive. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and we loved the high ceilings. Would highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway!!

Perfect location! We came for the Mardi Gras Barkus Parade and had so much fun. Wonderful view from the apartment and within walking distance to everything.

Great location

Great location. Within walking distance of all of downtown Apalachicola. Clean, and a full size refrigerator along with the kitchenette was nice also.

Florida trip

We stayed one night in Apalachicola on our way to Mexico Beach. How glad we are that we found this beautiful property! Everything about this property is positive- the cleanliness, location, conversations with Taylor…all made for a wonderful first time experience in the forgotten coast of Florida! We will never forget it! Thank you Taylor for sharing this beautiful home! Our little maltipoo loved it too!

Unbelievable Space!

This property has unbelievable character! Ordinal historic features were evident: hardwood floors, doors, shiplap, rustic brick, high ceilings and Crowne moulding! We loved the architecture and secret little entrance right in the middle of all the shops, breweries, restaurants, fishing excursions and more. We never had to use our car. The July 3rd fireworks and parade was awesome, all within a short walk to the riverfront. The amenities were great, we weren’t going to cook anyway when the worlds best oysters are a block away! We will be back again!!!!

Great stay for unwinding

We wanted to get away and also introduce our dogs to the ocean. Glad we stayed in town because they did not like the beach. Anyways, I digress, we went shopping over multiple days, many walks, ate, drank, and came back to the vrbo whenever we needed. It was wonderful being within walking distance of everything we needed on a daily basis.

Best Location in town

My husband and our Dog, Wilson, were so happy we found this place. It was perfect for us. Beautiful space right in the middle of everything down town. Very clean and just like the pictures. The apartment was very comfortable and felt like home. Everything we needed was provided. Even with the other two units rented, it was nice and quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to return.

We are hard workers and avid travelers! We love visiting new places and meeting so many different people. The world is a beautiful place with so much to explore. We planted a few of our roots here in Apalachicola because we loved it so much and want to visit often, in between our other travels.

We came to Apalachicola and fell in love with all it has to offer, especially the people and the old charm! This apartment and the building it is in is Historic and so beautiful. The exposed brick, tall ceilings and spacious layout is wonderful. It’s magical for us every time we come to visit!

Our location could not get any more convenient for our guests. We are situated in the heart of the town above the Visitor's Center! You can look down from the apartment and see everyone enjoying this small town. You really don’t want to get in the car once you are here!
