Welcome to Canyon House TX, an immaculate modern vacation rental in Canyon Lake Texas! Hill Country hideaway offers an open floor plan, perfect for a family and friends! The house is located in an excellent location, miles away from the pristine waters of Canyon Lake, Comal and Guadalupe River! Perfectly located for day trips to Schlitterbahn, Whitewater Amphitheater, Jacob's Well, Cyrpess Creek, New Braunfels, Gruene, Wimberly, Dripping Springs, San Antonio and Austin just to name a few!
The Space

- Large patio w/ outdoor dining area, BBQ grill and firepit
- Full kitchen
- Fast internet and wifi
- Large outdoor games
Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1 - king bed (Primary) 2nd floor
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, 2nd floor
Bedroom 3 - Two separate double beds, 2nd floor
After spending the day at the lake, floating the river, come back to grill up an amazing lunch on the large 700 sq. ft. patio! Play some corn hole around the firepit in the fully fenced backyard and enjoy the surroundings!
The kitchen comes fully equipped for whipping up some dinner, followed by a smores over the firepit. Grab your favorite drink and lounge out on the patio soaking in the hill country night stars!
Breakfast!? Yes, please! Wow everyone with a waffle breakfast, brew some coffee and enjoy the sunrise from the patio! You may spot some animals; deer, wild hogs, armadillos and the occasional fox is known to roam!
If you're going media-less, PERFECT! We have oversized outdoor games, or take it inside for boards games, card games, family games, or adult games!

Large furnished patio, front porch, oversized driveway parking . All cooking utensils provided. Linens and towels provided. No smoking (Smoking permitted only on balcony). Beach towels and umbrellas are not provided.
Several parks, biking, golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving, boating, tubing, jet-skiing, hiking, wine tasting all nearby the house.
