Perfect location! Walking distance/short uber to everywhere we could ask for (especially Frenchman). April was a joy to communicate with and she was beyond accommodating with both the check in and checkout process (especially to work with the Jazzfest times). I would absolutely stay here for all nola events moving forward!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The space was everything we were hoping for and more! It was truly a home away from home! We all felt so comfortable, safe and welcome here. And April was such a wonderful host and gave us a ton of great recommendations and information about the area! I highly recommend staying here!

Weekend at April's Place

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described. The location was great and very close to everything we needed. April was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Our host April was absolutely amazing. Her hospitality was everything! She made sure to check in on us to see if we needed anything. She also had snacks, and drinks waiting for us when we arrived, which was a nice bonus. The home itself was beautiful and spacious. We would definitely visit again.

Easy to get to French Quarter and downtown. Had lots of treats available. Clean!!! Owner had great communication.

Awesome Stay in NOLA

April was an awesome host. She made sure the house had everything that was needed for our stay. Her place was immaculate and we felt really comfortable and safe within her home. The location was close to everything. which was also a plus. I look forward to booking with her for future visits to NOLA. We had a great time! Thank you, April :)

Home away from Home

First I want to say Thank you to April for all her hospitality. Her home in New Orleans is a perfect home away from home 😊 Super warm and welcoming 😊She was very good at communicating with me from the very beginning till the day of check out. April thought of every little detail. The house is fully equipped with mostly everything you could need while your there. All you have to bring is your clothes and a tooth brush 😉This home is so close to the French quarter and surrounding areas. We chose to use the city bus transportation option to get around , bought the 3 day pass for only $8 dollars on the Le Pass app. Bus stops we're right in the corner from this home. This was our first trip to New Orleans and we had the best time. Definitely coming back and I will rent this home again on my next stay 😀 Thank you April 😊
