Villa with large pool, independent studio and a beautiful view near old town

Enjoy the charm of the Alpes-Maritimes region and the Côte d'Azur. We are a Swiss family living in Valbonne and offer our villa for rent during our vacations.

Our house can accommodate up to 8 guests (potentially two additional children) and is ideally located between the mountains, the sea and many famous villages and towns. The beaches of the Côte d'Azur are only 15 minutes away, Nice airport is 20 minutes and the nearest highway entrance is 5 minutes away.
The famous picturesque old town of Valbonne is only a 2 minutes drive. The village offers a variety of excellent restaurants and stores and not to forget the widely known market on Friday mornings.

Within walking distance from the house there is a great bakery, a fruit and veg shop and the well known restaurant Trattoria Quattro with its delicious pizzas, several other restaurants and public transport (multiple bus lines).

The 160m2 house has been recently renovated and has a new, open, modern and fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, refrigerator with ice dispenser and filtered water, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, steamer, microwave and oven.

On the upper floor is the spacious open kitchen, a veranda with dining table overlooking the garden with pool and a large master bedroom with double bed (180x200), private bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a setup of two single or one double bed, together with an office space with a 32' curved screen and standing desk.
On the same floor there‘s a room with a double bed (160x200), a large bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.
Next to the large entrance area with washing machine and dryer you’ll find another separate guest toilet.

The brand new studio (20m2) is completely independant with its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, TV and provides enough space for a couple or a family with two children.

We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and we hope you will love our house as much as we do.

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot provide our guests with a pool cover. However, the pool is equipped with an alarm system (Norme NF P90-307 1).
